Comment : I was rearended and my 6 month old F150 was totaled. I finally got the notification from the insurance company of the total loss and payout after a month of back and forth. I looked online at various dealers in my area and nothing fit quite right. At 630pm one evening I came across the perfect truck at James River ford. I called and my man Jeremy answered, immediately checked on availability. He called me back and told me it was on a lift but he would confirm and let me know in the morning. Sure enough 8am I got a text letting me know it was good to go. Proceeded to the dealer and everyone there made me feel at home from salesman to even the owner. Overall great experience. Go buy a car from Jeremy at James River Ford!

Comment : My family and I had an emergent situation come up with my F 150, with flashing check engines lights on the way down to Branson for vacation. I was able to make a quick appt for a diagnosis the next morning with James River Ford and Steve. Truck was misfiring and spark plugs were replaced same day. I could not have been more grateful for James River Ford and their urgency to help us get this fixed. Thank you!

Comment : If your looking for a New or Used car, I would highly recommend James River Ford. The sale staff are friendly and very helpful. I even had trouble installing a car seat for my Granddaughter and one of the sales staff got in the car to help me. If you decide to give them a visit, ask for Tyler, he gives car salemen a good name.
