My only concern is that I still haven't received the car's title, and the dealership indicated a delay of over a month. Michael did his part perfectly, but the administrative delay with the title is definitely a cause for concern. Looking forward to getting this finalized!"

Everyone, from the sales staff and managers to the finance associates, was friendly, efficient, and ready to help in any way they could. Overall, it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had.

I especially want to recognize my sales associate, Colton. He greeted us right away, was very knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He worked hard to get us a good deal and made sure we were informed every step of the way. It's clear he cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.
