Comment : My salesman Scot was very good at providing the information I wanted during my purchase. Very happy with the whole experience. The Service manager Jonathon was also very helpful with some other issues that popped up in the process. I couldn’t recommend James River Ford enough after my experience with them. Very stress free!

Comment : Riley was my salesman , and when I told him what I wanted, it was like he had known me my whole life, because he showed me a Jeep Wrangler in my favorite color, key start, normal speedometer ( not digital) easy on-off removal top. My all-around perfect match. I've already referred him to my daughter whose bern wanting to also trade her vehicle for something with more, room for her growing kids. Everyone I dealt with at James River Ford were, so friendly, so nice, and incredibly patient, as well as helpful. On a scale from 1 - 10 I give them a 10 +++++!.

Comment : Salesman and finance manager plus general manager are honest and will work with you to get the best price..Ford Corporation should listen more to average STX buyer concerns..instead of Platinum and Lariat buyers

Comment : The service people here Do Not respect the elderly. They speak down to them and refuse to do appropriate investigation into vehicle malfunctions. Shame on you. When the Campbells owned this dealership people were treated much better.
