Comment : Jad is by far TOP Notch! Greeted me at the door with an umbrella in the pouring down rain. He also had the truck I was looking at pulled inside for me to look over. Jad has an amazing personality and makes the process really smooth. He absolutely goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. One thing that sets Jad apart from the rest is his ability to guide you through the process as if he were buying the vehicle along your side and not just selling you a set of keys. My salesman was Lucas and he reached out before my meeting and continuously after the sale was completed to make sure I had gotten everything rolling financially and the truck was fine.

Comment : I never write bad reviews. But this was such a huge purchase. I just want to warn buyers like me.I bought a vehicle from this company and one month later the breaks went out on me while I was driving. It was so scary, the truck jerked into the other lane into oncoming traffic. I almost died.I took it to the mechanic he said not only did your breaks fail, the front right tire is falling off. He told me I need to get in contact with the seller because it was so unsafe. I told him they sold it to me as is. He told me that doesn t matter they have a right to sell me a safe vehicle. So I contacted the guy that sold it to me and he never replied. I have thought about this for months. If you are going to buy from here do a thorough check. Buyer be warned.I never write bad reviews. But this was such a huge purchase. I just want to warn buyers like me. More

Comment : Excellent experience-I shopped on line for a vehicle,came across James River Jeep they had excellent choices in my price range with low mileage newer models. I flagged a couple of choices they immediately contacted me to test drive the choices. Never had any hard sales or pushy sales. They let me enjoy the task of finding my vehicle. Comment : If you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle stop by and ask for Hunter. He was very helpful in our buying process. He even recommend an custom shop for a PPF ( paint protectant film) we had installed on the hood of the jeep. I am well pleased with Hunter and James river jeep, And somo customs that Hunter recommended.
