Comment : So I was dealing with some other dealers the refused to work with me. I had met one of the james river dealers through a friend that had a very positive experience with the so I thought I would give the a try. I was looking for a challenger they had one. So this car wasn't a cpo car they went out of thier way got the car certified got me a way better internet rate than anybody else I had talked to and was able to get my payments where I wanted them when nobody else seemed to even try. They where extremely transparent on everything that was happening the whole time. And in my personal experience I don't like having to deal with dealers they are usually extremely difficult to work with but these people went way out of thier way to help me get into the car I wanted. And a big shout out to Jeremy at the ford dealership which is thier sister store for helping me and my friend get into the vehicles we wanted. I would 100% recommend the dodge and ford dealership to anyone to have a positive experience at a dealership. If I could give 10 stars I would thank you to everyone involved that helped me get the car I wanted with the peace of mind I wanted your guys were great.
