Comment : James River Jeep has the best staff! No pressure sales staff. They just try to get you the car you want at a good price! Jad is great to work with and you can have a little fun kidding around with him. Their service department has been wonderful and Tony is the best service advisor you can find.
I highly recommend working with these guys!!

Comment : Made a deal on a car. Unfortunately the vehicle had a catastrophic failure a few days after purchase. It was unfortunate and at no fault of the dealership. They were under no legal obligation to help me in this situation. My hat is off to your dealership. These guys took the vehicle back and handled everything. If you’re in the market for a vehicle go check out James River Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!!!! They will treat you right.

Comment : Bought a brand new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon in late October 2025. Dalton was great to work with. Very friendly and took care of my needs the best he could including sending me a tool kit (included with the jeep) (that turned out to be extra as I found the one that comes with it, was just in a different spot). The purchase/trade was months in the making in order to get the price and trade value I desired. They will still charge a document fee which is a bit expensive and doesn't seem to get you much, you will still have to go to the DMV to pay sales tax and do paperwork (even though a dealer in Texas will take care of all of that for you and mail you your tags afterwards), and a dealer add on (some brake check crap and wheel locks). Other than being detail oriented and double checking paperwork before signing anything, the experience was fair, and Dalton's personality and attentiveness was fantastic, enjoyable, and was very personable. I do feel he worked hard to earn my business. If you're looking to purchase a NEW Stellantis product, I would give Dalton at James River a call.
