Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Very nice, kind, owner who knows what he's doing. All of the staff are nice and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and nothing is pushed that isn't needed. Would highly recommend.

Comment : I have been taking my car to James Brown for years. I have been impressed with their work and found their staff to be very friendly and likeable. I have referred many people to them. I recently took my car in to have the radiator and battery replaced. The cost was thirteen hundred dollars. A few days later I opened the hood to investigate a vibrating noise and found that all the supports to the grill had been left loose. The hard rubber supports appeared to have been cut. It will cost several hundred dollars to have the damage repaired. I took my car back and showed the owner and he said it was that way when I brought it in. He also said it was made that way and the grill was supposed to be loose. I was surprised at his reaction. I did not expect it from him. I almost considered him a friend' I will certainly take my car somewhere else in the future and will advise all my friends to do the same
