Comment : Every year I take my car to have the oil changed and a check up.The entire staff from the moment I dropped the car off treated me like a king. Art my service manager was letting me know the progress every step of the way. Comment : Very was towed to your dealership as the shifter was stuck in reverse. We paid $467.5 . 1) When we towed the vehicle, the boot open light was not on.Now it stays on all the time. 2) I used to open the boot if the car is unlocked. Now I can't do that.3) The boot opens only with the key in the key hole near the boot.4) Jaguar doi not take responsibility and asks over $1050+ to install new latch mechanism.Very was towed to your dealership as the shifter was stuck in reverse. Comment : I was called stating my car was ready for pick up. Took 40 minutes to drive there and had to wait another hour after arrival before car was brought out. The car was in for a full service inspection breaks, hoses, vents, fluid levels, windshield wipers and operation, along with breaks, cv boots and all the items were checked off as being done. The windshield wipers were never checked because the rubber was still bad on the wiper. This makes me wonder how many other items that were checked off were never looked at. Also the dash display was not set to the correct layout for viewing. John the service rep was very helpful in resolving these issues thanks to him. Now it was 2 1/2 hours from the time called saying your car is ready.I was called stating my car was ready for pick up.
