Comment : I recently had our 2019 Range Rover serviced at Jaguar Land Rover Woodland Hills and worked with service advisor Robert Soriano from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Robert is a true professional?transparent, knowledgeable, and kept me informed via text messages and phone calls throughout the entire process. It?s rare to find this level of dedicated service these days. I highly recommend asking for Robert if you want the job done right and feel like a valued customer.

Comment : Land Rover Woodland Hills has an ongoing issue with gas-powered blowers being used every Friday early in the morning, often waking nearby residents.

This activity appears to violate LAMC ?112.04(c), which prohibits gas-powered blowers within 500 feet of residences at any time. The noise is loud, raucous, and impulsive (LAMC ?112.01), and also exceeds allowable levels above ambient (LAMC ?111.02).

In addition, the blowers create excessive dust that spreads into surrounding residential areas.

I have video evidence showing this activity both on the dealership property and nearby. This is a recurring problem and shows a clear lack of consideration for the community.

Comment : I love that Land Rover takes care of my vehicle. Yesterday?s service was too long. I live an hour away so it doesn?t make sense to drive home. I get some shopping, visiting, and lunch while waiting. Over 8hrs is too long for an oil change.

The sales experience felt overly aggressive and transactional, with very little transparency. Instead of a straightforward, customer-first approach, the process came across as pressure-driven, with shifting numbers and unclear explanations around pricing, add-ons, and overall deal structure.

Simple questions about costs and options didn?t get clear answers?just more sales tactics. It creates an environment where you feel like you have to double-check everything, which is not what you expect when making a major purchase.

What stood out most was the lack of consistency. Information seemed to change depending on who you spoke with, and getting a clean, itemized breakdown required unnecessary effort. That alone is a red flag.

Buying a car should feel professional and transparent. Here, it felt like you had to stay on guard the entire time.

There are plenty of other dealerships that offer the same vehicles with a more straightforward and respectful buying experience.

Comment : This business has created a continuous and measurable disturbance to the surrounding residential community, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

The noise coming from their service operations?including what appears to be air compressors and vehicle wash/drying activity?is not occasional?it is repetitive, impulsive, and sustained throughout the day. This is not subjective. I have conducted multiple measurements using a professional datalogging sound meter (Type 2 standard, 30?130 dB range, 0.1 dB resolution) ?, and the recordings consistently show clear spikes above ambient levels.

Under Los Angeles noise regulations, mechanical equipment is not supposed to exceed ambient noise levels beyond a narrow margin when measured from another property. Yet what is occurring here is plainly audible indoors, with windows closed, and regularly disrupts normal living conditions.

Even more concerning is the apparent lack of effective mitigation. Activities that should reasonably be contained within enclosed structures are projecting noise outward toward nearby residences. The impact is not minor?it is intrusive, repetitive, and ongoing.

Multiple complaints have been raised, yet the situation persists. Instead of addressing the root issue, the response has effectively been indifference.

This is not about being sensitive to noise?this is about a business operating in a way that materially interferes with the use and enjoyment of neighboring homes.

If you value businesses that act responsibly within their communities, this is not one of them.
