Comment : I have brought multiple vehicles to them now and each time they have been fast on diagnostic of issues. Affordable on the price of repairs and quality parts and services going into the repairs each time. They make sure it's done right the first time in my experience. Comment : These guys are great! Especially Jarrod who helped me out. I was across the street getting a new battery for my vehicle. You would think it be a simple swap of batteries but nope the new battery terminals we're in a different spot and I tried to stretch the wires a little to fit and in doing so pulled out a wire that ultimately wouldn't let me now start my car. I managed to limp it across the street to Alexander's automotive and even though they we're very busy. They took the time out of there day to help me and got the battery and wires in there nice and snug and I was out the door in no time. These days not many people would go out of there way like this. Comment : I couldn't get my Nissan pathfinder to pass emissions it failed 3 times with the numbers being almost quadruple the limit and after trying to figure it out, took it to Alexander's Automotive and had Jarrod look at it. Turns out I had two O2 sensors mixed up and I also had a bad mass air flow sensor. They fixed the sensors and replaced the mass air flow sensor and my vehicle finally passed emissions. Jarrod also determined that my cats are clogged and will need replaced in the future. Jarrod was very knowledgeable and helpful.
