Comment : Absolutely the BEST experience and completely blown away with Ryan and the Team of Jack?s Motorcar! Ryan treated me with the most professional, kind and, friendly manner. Because I was from out of state I was concerned I?d drive over 5 hours and something potentially going awry and being let down. The transparency, over the top service and, knowledge Ryan exemplified was fantastic and quickly mitigated any concerns. I can?t say enough about the overall experience with getting my dream car.

Comment : Bought a 2017 VW Passat from them back in 2023. Not a terrible deal, $15.500 down from 16k list, 76.500 miles. I asked for more money off and I now know I was right to. They were not upfront about how shot the breaks were, when we asked what the noise the breaks were making was, they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. Had to replace all pads and the back right caliper as it had literally been stopping the car instead of a break pad. After 2 years of ownership the rest has been normal maintenance, but the car had obviously been in a small crash they weren’t up front about either. Found zip ties under the car and recently noticed the front right panel is out of line with the headlight and hood right above where the zip ties are. Overall a good car, just lots of damage they left out of the description. Only thing they were up front about was two little scratches in the paint. Just be weary of these guys and always ask for minimum a thousand under list.

Comment : This place is a joke, the service department couldnt even fix a sandwich. The vehicles they sale are way too overpriced and they treat their employees like crap.
