Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : The mechanics, Don and DJ, are honest and upfront about what repairs are needed. They've helped me out a few times when I've taken my car to not so great mechanics. The price is always fair and the work is done on time. I'll definitely be going to them for any future repairs needed.

Comment : Brakes and Rotors done, less then two weeks later the car started to shake when stopping. Took it back in and they stated it was the suspension.. Took the car to Nissan for a real opinion and they fixed the issue, it was the cheap rotors they put on that warped in two weeks with maybe 200 miles on them. Do yourself a favor and look around before going here. The Caliper bolts were also loose when Nissan looked at them.
