Comment : I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Jack Schmitt was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude, indifference, and a complete lack of professionalism.

The saleslady? Dishonest & rude. They’ll tell you whatever they think you want to hear before you drive hours to their lot —truth and transparency are clearly not part of their training. I was promised a clean, inspected vehicle, but what I got was far from it. When I brought up obvious issues, they brushed me off and could care less.

If you value honesty, decent treatment, and a clean, reliable car, go anywhere else—fast. Jack Schmitt is not the place.
