I had to check it out. It’s not only sketchy, but deceiving! Get people in, get their information, try to sell them something and send them off with a pair of ear buds for a prize to CYA! Not only is it a poor choice in business practices, but pretty deceptive! Of interest, I met two people leaving the dealership leaving thinking they won $5,000 dollars and ended up with earbuds. Perhaps these deceptive practices are going unsupervised to protect the consumer. Of concern, while I was speaking with grey hair man that appeared to be a sales associate, a brown haired man with scruffy facial hair entered the conversation “in a tough guy stance” as he identified as the “floor manager”. He rudely said, “did you think you were going to come in here tonight and we were going to hand you cash”. To take the unprofessional encounter to a lower level, I looked back after exiting the building and observed the whole team laughing. Times are changing, if you look around, dealership lots are backing up! Not a good way to gain respect or integrity! If senior management hired my firm to access your dealership, they would not be happy with our findings, if they truly cared about reputation and business practices. If you really read my review, I think I was pretty clear, but apparently you just like to send generic responses! I am glad that you chose to respond because it gave me a chance to read the recent negative reviews! Seems like my impression of your dealership is pretty accurate! Perhaps the Maine Attorney General’s office should be checking into your shady and deceptive business practices. You folks take the blue ribbon! What’s more interesting is we just ordered a 2026 vehicle from another dealer in the Saco auto mile and completely different experience! They should run your dealerships in the area out of town. 1 Reviews Billl Saco, ME Reviewed : 10/17/2025 Comment : The Prize is Right! Yeah, right!Like many others, I was initially excited at the thought of unexpectedly receiving $5,000 after opening a promotional mailer I received from Jack Chrysler Jeep RAM Dodge in Saco. The mailer resembled a scratch-off ticket and indicated that I had "won" $5,000—a tempting offer, especially during a time when extra funds would be greatly appreciated. As a resident and employee in this community, I pass by all the “Jack” dealerships daily on my commute. Despite the supposed scale of this “Huge Liquidation Event,” there were no visible banners, signage, or any kind of promotion at any of the dealership locations. I also checked the websites for all Jack dealerships in Saco, and found zero mention of this event. That raised red flags.Curious and hopeful, I visited the Jeep dealership and spoke with someone I had previously worked with. They made it clear they were just as frustrated with the situation. As it turns out, this “event” was nothing more than a deceptive marketing tactic. The dealership had brought in an outside team—unaffiliated with their regular staff—to run this so-called promotion. This misleading event was orchestrated by the ownership group behind all the Jack dealerships in Saco, including Jack Chevrolet in Saco, which currently has almost no inventory on its lot. The fact that the event was hosted at the Jeep location in Saco, despite being a broader ownership initiative, only adds to the confusion and frustration. The intention seems clear: to mislead community members and draw traffic to underperforming locations—or gain a sudden revenue injection to the ownership. As someone who remembers when Prime was the gold standard in local dealerships, I can confidently say that this type of gimmick would never have happened under their leadership. This entire situation feels like a desperate and dishonest attempt to exploit the hopes of hard-working people in our community. The ownership group should be held accountable and reflect on the damage stunts like this do to their reputation and the trust of local residents. 1 Reviews Ralph duquette Saco, ME Reviewed : 10/15/2025 Comment : ⭐☆☆☆☆ “The Prize Is Right” — Or So They SayI received a mailer from Jack CDJR and Jack VW in Saco, Maine, for their “Sell-Off of the Century Huge Vehicle Liquidation.” The envelope included a “The Prize Is Right” game where you scratch and match three pictures to win a prize. I matched three $5,000 symbols — exciting, right? I almost fell out of my wheelchair! When I called the dealership to verify, I was told they’d need to “match my confirmation code to the one in the dealership” to determine my prize. That’s when it all started sounding familiar…This is like buying a lottery ticket with six winning numbers, watching the drawing, realizing you hit the jackpot — and then being told by the lottery commission that your ticket also has a secret confirmation code that has to match their private list before you can collect your billion-dollar prize. Of course, after driving four hours to their “lottery headquarters,” you find out you didn’t win a billion dollars at all — just a pair of earbuds.Needless to say, I won’t be showing up at the dealership tomorrow. If this is how they get people through the door, that says enough about how they do business. 1 Reviews Katherine smith Saco, ME Reviewed : 10/14/2025 Comment : You shouldn't trick people with your promotions. Dont put a game piece on a flyer indicating someone won a large sum of money, then tell them they only won a pair of headphones. Its deceptive and bullshit and you know it. "But the fine print" Yeah screw your fine print. You're tricking people. On purpose. If this is how you run promotions, one can only assume how deceptive and slimy you are selling cars. 1 Reviews Jenna ruggieri Saco, ME Reviewed : 10/14/2025 Comment : Smoothest car buying/trade-in experience I have ever had. Not a trustworthy practice which makes me question their entire business. 1 Reviews Lauren mckenney Saco, ME I would never come here to buy a vehicle nor would I recommend anyone I know to come to this business. After this scam I certainly wouldn't trust buying anything from Jack auto sales.'> Reviewed : 10/13/2025 Comment : If I wanted to buy a vehicle I would have shopped on my own accord. Thank you for wasting my time and gas, I drove to your lot under the guise that I had won a cash prize on your scam sales flier. When I got there all I had "won" was a pair of ear buds. This is 100% false advertising and you should be ashamed for raising people's hopes this way, especially in this current economy. Be better at advertising if you need to drum up business.I would never come here to buy a vehicle nor would I recommend anyone I know to come to this business.
