Comment : They told me my transmission was blown — I drove the truck there with no problems. Tried telling me it wouldn’t go in reverse or whatever. I backed out of their shop laughing.

Their quote? $15,000 for a transmission replacement plus $13,000 in other repairs — $28,000 total for a truck worth about $12,000.

The real problem? The codes (P1B14, P1D90, P2D2D, P2D2E) show it’s a faulty transmission range control module or wiring — NOT a blown transmission.

This should be 100% illegal. Pure manipulation tactics to buy your “useless” vehicle and get you to finances a new one.

Nice try, there is no confusion. I was quoted almost 29k$ in repairs. How are you going to clear up confusion by trying to charge me 15k$ for a transmission that works!! Just got the tcm replaced after leaving your shop by one with integrity. How many others have you manipulated! Trying to act like you have integrity by commenting to my review that you will clear confusion. Your business is confused on how to treat customers with honesty and respect! Keep scamming. What comes around goes around!
