Comment : Brian was incredible! He worked so hard to get us a rate that worked for us. He didn't pressure us at all. He was so kind, gave us space and time to talk things over when we needed to. It can be so nerve wracking going to get a car but he really was such a joy

Comment : They got me out of my car and into what I wanted when no other dealership in this state could. It was not a great deal, in fact it was aweful but I knew what I was getting into. If they can do this for me, believe me no matter your situation they can help
UPDATE: So, they are dishonest, they do not look over the vehicle with integrity at all. I took my Infinity i purchased to Infinity to get an oil change 2 months after purchase. Low and behold the inspection sheet I got said rear brakes were at a 1. I called Jack and was sent over there inspection sheet which stated it was at a 7 when I purchased it. So I went through an entire rear only brake pad in 2 months and 3k miles? Fronts are perfect still. Both dealerships say this isn't possible. Jack says it has to be a brake problem, Infinity says there is no brake problem, $199 later.. so, obviously Jack is very dishonest.. and I conformed the brakes at a 1 with Midas. I doubt that BS $1500 COATING package ever actually happened too says the swirls marks through out my paint job.

JOHN i spoke to you already yesterday, you know this. I just need to know if you all are taking care of the issue....

Comment : My wife’s Chrysler van spends more time here than in our driveway. They’ve been able to fix each of the myriad things that have gone wrong, and that list is extensive and quite exciting! 5 stars for the service center, services vehicles of very questionable manufacture.

Comment : Reading all the one star reviews before visiting the dealer I was kind Spectate about leasing a car from them but I must say . it’s the Best experience I’ve had leasing a car… Doug was so professional patient and Very courteous .
Love my Dodge Laramie night edition and hope it stays this way for the length of the lease. And I’m sure if not, they will take care of it .as a person that works in retail for over 30 years I am telling you people DONT read the bad reviews and make your judgment based on that .
