The financial department is not returning calls we refinanced a month after purchase trying to cancel the GAP insurance they sold us highly inflated at $1400! They refuse to call me back tried to call the policy holder and they have no record of our VIN# . Very shady if they don?t call me back or fully refund me I will be in touch with the Maine AG! Also in the process of checking if other add on contracts are valid! 1 Reviews Brianna knight Saco, ME The only down side I can think of is the dealership not working with us regarding price, but to be honest it sounded more like a dealership policy over a personal choice on Tony's part, and reading other reviews it sounds like a few other people have had this same experience regarding haggling.Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and just be advised to expect to pay the sticker price if you buy here.'> Reviewed : 03/26/2026 Comment : Tony was awesome to work with and very easy to talk to. We had a general idea and a vehicle we wanted to look at, and he made sure everything was explained thoroughly and answered all questions we had. We've dealt with several dealerships over the past couple weeks trying to find a new vehicle, and this was the lowest intensity/ least pushy experience we had, and honestly that made us WANT to try to find our match at Jack CDJR.The only down side I can think of is the dealership not working with us regarding price, but to be honest it sounded more like a dealership policy over a personal choice on Tony's part, and reading other reviews it sounds like a few other people have had this same experience regarding haggling.Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and just be advised to expect to pay the sticker price if you buy here. 1 Reviews 2022 ram promaster 3500 high owner Saco, ME Reviewed : 03/25/2026 Comment : As always Jordan was very efficient and helpful explaining what they thought might be the issue, however I will need to bring it back for them to do some more research to make sure it is what they think is the issue and then they'll be able to fix it. 1 Reviews 2022 ram 1500 big horn/lone star owner Saco, ME Reviewed : 03/24/2026 Comment : Treated me very well. Took care of all my problems. Did the necessary service and repairs. Nice people 1 Reviews Kyle kent Saco, ME Reviewed : 03/19/2026 Comment : This review took a little longer to write because I wanted to wait until the issue was resolved elsewhere before speaking negatively about Jack?s Service Department.I own a 2025 Jeep Wrangler with just 2,700 miles that began throwing a sensor code.My mechanic consulted directly with Stellantis engineering and was advised that the issue was definitively one of two things: a faulty PCM or a software update issue both repairable through PCM replacement and an update. When my mechanic initially spoke with Jordan at Jack?s, there was no issue performing the repair. They simply required me, as the owner, to call in and authorize the work.I called and spoke with Jordan, who asked for technical details about the previous work. I explained that I was only scheduling the appointment and that any technical questions should be directed to my mechanic. He stated he would need to speak with a supervisor and would call me back.Several hours passed with no response. I left a voicemail at 6:00 PM requesting an update. The following day, after still not hearing back, I called again at 9:30 AM and left another voicemail.Shortly after 1:00 PM, I received a call from a different service representative who was unfamiliar with the situation and began asking additional questions. Once again, I explained that any technical details should be discussed directly with my mechanic.I reiterated that no drivetrain or transmission work had been performed and that Stellantis had specifically advised PCM replacement as the next step.I was then told that whoever my mechanic spoke with at Stellantis could not possibly determine the issue without seeing the vehicle, and that replacing the PCM would not resolve the problem.Ultimately, Jack?s declined to perform the work based on incorrect assumptions about prior repairs. Jordan was very rude hung up on my mechanic secretary and on my mechanic. The reason for this one-star review is simple: another authorized dealer replaced the PCM exactly as Stellantis advised and it completely resolved the issue.Jack?s Service Department declined a manufacturer-recommended repair, made inaccurate assumptions about the vehicle?s history, and confidently stated the repair would not fix the problem. The suggested repair did in fact fix the problem.
