Comment : I went to Jack Chevrolet yesterday afternoon (a Friday) to test drive a Honda and my salesman, Mason, was great. Extremely friendly and accommodating, and never once made me feel like I was being "sold to." The overall experience was smooth enough that I decided to purchase the vehicle. They offered to do some light maintenance on it, and assured me it would be ready by Monday. It was to my surprise and great pleasure that I got a phone call 24 hours later letting me know my car was ready! Comment : Sales associate was pushy and rude, not sure how he works in sales he was extremely awkward and made us uncomfortable. Used information from a previous sale to do a hard credit check without approval never signed anything or said we were buying just test driving. The process was straightforward, and your team made everything incredibly convenient.
