Comment : I had an appointment monday morning for a track alignment. I was to leave mid week for a weekend in New York. I was forced to cancell my plans because of your unwillingness to work on my car as scheduled. Your sales department perked me around when it came to the purchase of the Z06 Corvette, so I had to purchase one elsewhere. Now your service department has perked me around and ruined a planned weekend. I should have learned after my first experience with Jack! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I will not be back and I will not hesitate to share my honest opinion of Jack Chevrolet with others.

Comment : I have worked with Tylor several times in the service department. Every time he goes above and beyond what I think would be reasonable. The most recent issue was a battery. He told me to jump it , get it to him and he would get it done. He did exactly what he said. In a time when everyone is too busy he always takes time to do the right thing by the customer. Can’t thank him enough
