Comment : This shop is the best experience. My truck was misdiagnosed by 2 other shops and the check engine light/grinding sound would go away when the shop had my truck. These guys actually took the time to listen to my experience with my truck, to drive it in multiple ways and to discover the issue the way I said it responded and to fix the issue in a fair and honest way. If they hadn't done this, I would have been in deep trouble because I drive long distances in areas often without cell service. This issue would have destroyed my engine/truck and cost me thousands, if not my truck itself. They were honest, professional, fair and decent. They are busy though.This shop is the best experience. Comment : This garage is the best I have ever gone to. They are trust worthy to do the job right! They will find the problem even if it is not the usual thing that cars have problems with. They don???t charge you as much to do the jobs as other places I have gone to. You can depend on the job to be done right the first time and the price to be charged only for what they do. They always let you know if the cost is more than what you think it is going to cost and explain why it is so high! Comment : After many misadventures with Monro I finally switched to Barber Auto and it has been an absolute pleasure. Fair pricing and very upfront about any repairs and the implications of them. Highly recommend for anyone in need of an honest mechanic.
