Comment : Dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation and 1 tire replacement because it had a screw in the tread near the side wall. Turned out the screw was only on the surface and had not damaged the tire. They could have replaced the tire but instead did only what need to be done. There are not many businesses I would trust to be this honest.

Comment : I would never go anywhere else. JL's customer service is top notch. I was having to jump start my car every other day for a week. I stopped in on a Saturday to make an appointment. Duane said we can take a look. Right away, they tested my battery (it was bad) and replaced it. Jared informed me that I was a few hundred miles from my next oil change, and would I like that done or did I want to come back. Done. They are kind, courteous, efficient and honest. Highly recommend.

Comment : They were very friendly and personable. The repairs were done in good time. Prices vary a bit from competitors but even out to be pretty reasonable depending on what service is needed. If you are looking for out-of-state emissions (military families often need this service and it can be hard to find) they do have it available. They have extremely reasonable prices on wiper blade replacement with free install included. Hope your experiences with them are as good as mine was.They were very friendly and personable.
