Comment : This facility is a recommended Allstate insurance company Auto Body facility. We brought our vehicle there for repairs due to a Allstate client hit our vehicle. Today I had to bring it back for the third time to fix the same exact damage area. One again it is not fixed properly. Allstate stated that when you get a repair done at one of their recommended facility it comes with a lifetime warranty. I guess that is because it's going to be a lifetime for them to fix it right. 43 years experience that I have in the automotive industry. A rear bumper cover is held onto the vehicle with clips. It was raining this morning when I had my schedule appointment. Now that the rain has ended it looks like some type of a adhesive was used to secure rhe bumper cover on the vehicle. I will be contacting Allstate to report this facility and recommended that they recommended another facility to repair our vehicle. I guess that J&L Auto Body thinks that it's only their time is important and not the customer.
