Comment : I had a terrible experience with these guys. I took my truck in to have the FRONT bumper replaced through another persons insurance after they hit me. J&L took a few days longer than estimated, not a big deal, the customer service wasn t great, not a big deal. But when I got my truck back, it was dirty, the dash and steering wheel were greasy and it smelled like oil, change was missing from my center console, the case of water in the backseat was almost empty and the worst part is that somehow my taillights didn t work anymore. They told me I would have to pay to have the problem diagnosed and fixed although they worked perfectly prior to bringing it in. After a week of troubleshooting on my own and spending money on my own, I finally fixed it. This was a safety issue that they caused and didn t take responsibility for. This was my experience, I think these guys are better than this based on reviews, the commercial contracts they have and the fact that they ve been around as long as they have. I hope that if you go here you have a better experience but just be aware, not everyone has a good one.I had a terrible experience with these guys.
