Comment : I called trying to get an oil change. I asked if they were open on saturdays. They said no. I asked how much for the service and they stated they do not give prices over the phone because the only serve local customers. I let them know I was a new customer. The line was disconnected. This was very unprofessional. I am a new business to Salem and was treated unnecessarily due to the fact I didn???t know how much money to bring for service. Comment : I have been doing business with this shop for several years now. I have always been very happy with all repairs they have performed for me. I recommend These hard-working people to everyone. They are fair, fast, friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. Finding an automotive repair shop that I trust completely was no easy task.
