Comment : I had a great experience with Irwin Collision Center and truly appreciate the effort they put into my repair.

After my vehicle was hit while parked, the insurance process was not easy to navigate, especially when it came to getting the proper parts approved. The team at Irwin went above and beyond by working to price match OEM parts so my vehicle could be repaired correctly without me having to pay out of pocket.

The whole team was communicative, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right?not just doing it quickly. They took the time to explain things and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair process.

It?s clear they prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, and I?m very grateful for their help throughout this situation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.
