He was friendly, upbeat, and incredibly helpful without ever making us feel pressured. Colby kept us informed every step of the way—from meeting with the finance department to waiting for the car to be detailed—and even made sure the gas tank was full. He took the time to connect our phone to the car’s system, explained all the features, and showed us how to use the key fob to start the car, making sure we were completely comfortable before we left. We highly recommend Colby. This was the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Nicole was instrumental in helping me find a vehicle that was what I wanted and helping to get a reasonable trade for my vehicle. Not only did I get a newer model, but I was able to get a better interest rate on my new loan. Nicole, for only having been there a few months was very knowledgeable, professional, and responded quickly to all my questions. Even though I could tell she was very busy, I never felt rushed to make a decision or "pushed " or pushed to buy a car. I highly recommend her and Irwins for your car buying needs.
