Comment : My review is for the service department. Toyota Service Department is dishonest and will not take accountability. The service manager was completely unhelpful.

We purchased a brand-new Toyota Corolla from Irwin, which came with free oil changes. Based on my experience at the service center, I will never get an oil change at this location again. Both visits made me uneasy.

During my first oil change, the engine cover was removed and not replaced. I know there was an engine cover because I topped off the oil before my first oil change. From the moment I called, Irwin Toyota deflected responsibility. First, they claimed “too much time had passed” to take accountability — despite this being a brand-new car and my following the recommended service schedule. A month later, they claimed my car never had an engine cover. When I tried to explain, the service manager, “Ed,” insisted it never existed and eventually hung up on me.

Ed says the part doesn't exist. When I enter my VIN into my Toyota app, I find the exact piece that is now gone.

For comparison, we’ve had Hyundai vehicles serviced, and the contrast is shocking. Hyundai Service Department is trustworthy and takes accountability; Toyota Service does not.

I do not trust this Toyota Service department.

Comment : Called into Irwin motors worked with Louisa over the phone and then ended up with the bowtie guy Seamus for the delivery. We got everything done before arriving to the Dealership was able to return my vehicle Enterprise at the dealership and drive away with my new ride all in the same day!

Comment : I had a great experience. A number of great deals here found on CarGurus. My salesperson, Grace was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and looked up similar on the lot for me. Glad to meet her, professional and friendly! Definitely make an appointment. The overall purchase was quick as well, very experienced staff!

Comment : Had the summer tires removed and winter tires mounted on my mother's prius. The experience could not have been better, from the person who answers the phone, to the scheduler, to Lisa who took care of us the day of the service. Even the gentleman who disposed of the well-worn summers was exceptionally nice. I will go out of my way to have any car service done here.
