submit all the paperwork ourselves. We are in the process of doing that, navigating it all on our own. All they needed to do was call us back and let us know they couldn't find the paperwork we sent and we would have resent it. This whole thing has been a cluster, and I will not be using Irwin Hyundai again'>

Comment : Let me start off with a positive Corey in service definitely eased my mind after speaking to him on the phone, aside from that we were not impressed.
All communication aside from the initial text message was initiated by us. We had to message about the status of the car on a few occasions while the car was in the shop. My car was in for an engine replace so I knew it would take sometime. I was surprised to be charged for bolts that were broken during the removal of the motor.
When I picked up my car it was done after service hours so I needed to go to sales not a big deal. I tried calling the sales department prior to driving up there,did not get it answer. I decided to take the drive anywhere to find 2 gentlemen in the sales department when I mentioned that I called before coming up. They basically brushed it off. We don't really answer the phone. I understand that it was an hour before closing, come on. My car also had a slight coat of black dust on certain areas with handprints and what looked like a grease fingerprint by the door which was not there when it was towed away. We were promised that we would be reimbursed, for our towing expenses, we were told to submit certain paperwork which we did. We understood that it would be put off a little bit due to the fact that the person we were dealing with was on vacation. We send the paperwork via email on Friday so in Monday we left a voicemail just to let them know we sent it in and to see if they needed anything else from us. Almost a week went by before another phone call was made,we were told that they received our first voicemail ,didn't receive the documentation, so the case was closed and we needed to

Comment : My experience with the irwin Hyundai group out of Laconia New Hampshire the misleading and fraudulent things I was told by the assistant sales manager Jameson I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy any vehicles from them the paperwork got lost from the Hyundai dealer to the finance department that stated if the tires did not fix the vibration that they would get me the same vehicle to swap it out with bought a vehicle with 13 miles on it still have the vehicle with 15,000 miles on it the vibrations that I had at 13 miles still exist today I was told that the tires had flat spotting by their service managers and that I had to keep driving my vehicle for the tire warranty program to kick in so I did they put a whole new set of tires put on and then two more and the vehicle still has the same problem bunch of shady people from the top to the bottom they will tell you anything they are just like a used car dealership they will fraudulently tell you what they need to tell you for you to buy a vehicle so I would never recommend this company or any of the companies they deal with for anybody to go buy a new car was the worst experience in my life and I'm still dealing with a car that has had a vibration since 13 miles and they're not doing a thing about it cuz they don't care about the consumer reached out to Chris left a message for him and was told I'll buy your car back at fair market value this is a brand new car but as you can see he doesn't care or none of his team cares so on that note I would not recommend anybody to go to irwin Hyundai of Laconia and buy a new car because they're fraudulent and misleading about everything

Comment : I bought my used Tucson lemon from another dealer who refused to abide by their 30 day warranty. Eventually, the car died and needed a new engine. You know who took care of me? Irwin Hyundai. Thank you for taking care of me. When it's time to look for a new car, I'll be coming to the Irwin family first.
