Comment : After getting put through the used car buying ringer with dealerships in the past, it was a breathe of fresh air to work with Irwin Chevrolet. August Kromer was incredibly professional, easy to work with, and very understanding throughout the whole process. No underhanded salesman tactics, no crazy hidden fees; just facts and figures that led to an overall great car buying experience. Looking back, my only regret is not buying my last car from Irwin too.

Comment : When I picked up my truck it was dirty inside I was told there was no one there to clean it and to come back I also did not receive a owners manual with my truck , I reached out to my salesperson and the salesman in regards to not receiving and owners manual and never got a response
