Comment : The majority of my experience buying a new car from Ira Toyota was positive. However, the one part that was not good was that I was quoted a fair price for my trade in, agreed to a deal and then the dealership changed their mind to the tune of $2,200 saying it was a mistake in the system. NOT GOOD and not the way to do business.

Comment : I was greeted by a pleasant representative. The car was inspected and the tires were rotated. It was a fairly quick appointment. The car was not washed after completion of the appointment. Prime Toyota always washed our cars after servicing!

Comment : I was traveling and all of a sudden I had serious maintenance lights go on. I took it to Saco Toyota with no appointment. They fixed my car and I was out of there in two hours. Outstanding.

Comment : I am extremely disappointed and honestly exhausted from my experience with Ira Toyota. As a single mom, reliable transportation is not optional for me, it is essential. Unfortunately, this dealership has put me in a position where I no longer have a dependable vehicle at all.
I have purchased multiple vehicles from them, each time hoping they would make things right after the previous issues. Instead, every single vehicle has had catastrophic mechanical failures within the first year.
While they have offered “replacement” vehicles, these are not real solutions. Each time, they roll the remaining balance of the previous loan into a new one, leaving me thousands of dollars deeper in debt with payments that are nearly double what they should be. This is not accountability, it is shifting the burden onto the customer.
Most recently, I put $7,000 into repairs just to try to keep my vehicle running. Despite that, I am now forced to find another vehicle anyway, while still paying for those repairs. The cost of those repairs is nearly three times the Kelley Blue Book value of the car, which should never happen and clearly reflects the condition these vehicles are being sold in.
At this point, I am without reliable transportation due to a repeated pattern of failures and inadequate resolution. This has created significant financial strain and stress for me and my family. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution when considering this dealership.

Comment : Called re a flat tire. 90K service was about due so they scheduled me for service within the hour. Service and flat repair was completed within 1 hour and seven minutes! Great and timely service!!

Comment : While on vacation, my Toyota forerunner had numerous warning lights. I took it into Saco Toyota They diagnose what was wrong fixed it and got me out in 2 1/2 hours with no appointment. Very good service.

Comment : It must be the Owner someone there is running the Dealership the right way, my 2nd Tacoma from there in 8 years. The first place I looked.
