Comment : I was told I needed to replace timing cover gasket for $2,434.88.Went for two 2nd opinions at auto companies .Both said nothing wrong with timing gasket.I?ve been a customer for a few years.If I trusted your company I would of been cheated of $2434.88.How could this happen?

Comment : We had a great experience buying a new 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid here. We worked with Rommel who we found through DealerRater, and his reputation definitely holds up. He tracked down a difficult to find configuration for us in far less time than we expected, and provided clear updates and transparency regarding the process the whole way. We worked with Peter in finance to get the deal done and he was also great to work with, taking the time to explain all the warranty options and what each line item in the full out the door cost of of the car was, and gave us a fair deal on the coverage we ended up adding to the purchase. Comment : This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Ira Toyota in Manchester. I am amazed at the level of professionalism and amount of information provided throughout the process. My advisor Jameson was great to deal with, and very knowledgeable. I drove an additional twenty miles and right past my local Toyota dealer (that I had been servicing my vehicles at for the past 6 years) to have my Highlander serviced, it was the right decision.

No pressure, just kindness and answered all questions we had, even the silly ones.
