Comment : Van was towed on Friday evening. Called Saturday morning to confirm and explained that I recently bought the van as a second owner. First owner purchased and services van with IMBS and provided my info(name, tele and details the the AAA service member stated was the problem). Was told allset. Called Monday no record of van ( placed under previous owner) finally figured out. Got a call later and received message about quote. Returned call and again no record of van. Third time to have to explain that the ownership of the van was now me. Was told it probably would be ready on Monday afternoon. No call. On Thursday I made the callyo find status of van and again (4th) time no record of van. Proceeded to explain again. Found the van still under the previous owner and his business. Only to find out IMBS had been emailing previous owner to state van was ready. Paid for my bill over the phone No AAA discount. Was provided a ride Thursday evening to pick up van and no one could find any record of van even though I was able to provide proof of payment via my online checking account. No keys, no paperwork could be found. One person then was able to recount over hearing a conversation earlier about the mix up. Paperwork and keys were eventually found under the previous owner name and business. 5 times I had to explain that I owned the van and the van was in my name. The service was great but customer service was not.

Comment : As someone who works with dealerships on a daily basis, it is really easy to spot those who go above and beyond. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with MB of Scarborough, specifically Sydney. She was exceptional to work with and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Her communication, patience, and professionalism is top notch.
