Comment : I had a longer winded post, but I ll keep it simple. In summary this dealership lacks integrity and communication skills. I was told one thing, but the result was another. Then I reached out and was simply ignored. This went on over three months including both service and sales.If you are looking to buy a vehicle or have it serviced I would highly encourage you to take the time and make a trip to someone who is looking to build a relationship with you and appreciates the opportunity to do so.
