Comment : I brought my car to Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough because of a grinding/ticking noise and power loss. I was charged $2,123.21 for a repair that included a right front half shaft replacement, valve stem, and alignment. After paying this amount, the exact same issue is still there. I have called many times and left messages for my service advisor, Joshua Bath, but I never receive a call back. This is completely unacceptable — charging over two thousand dollars without fixing the problem and ignoring the customer.
