Comment : In February we bought a 2019 CRV, after 2 months it started having engine problems, we took it to the dealer, they told us that half of the engine had a problem, they told us that it was good that we bought insurance because the repair costs around $ 7,000, today I understand why the salesman insisted so much on us buying that insurance, it seems to me that they knew that the CRV had problems, they kept the car for almost 1 month, according to them they fixed it and the car continues to burn out the antifreeze and showing the engine light, the car cost us 21,000 with 47,000 miles we gave 11,000 cash and it is not nice that they do not take responsibility

Comment : Mya was amazing to work with when purchasing a new car! She made me feel comfortable and made the whole process much more pleasant and less stressful compared to my last car buying experience. I’m very happy with my new car and the purchase experience at Ira. All of the staff were friendly and my kids appreciated the kids play area with toys.

Comment : Not even three month since they sell me a crv with engine problems and all kinds of issues and they knew about but they took advantage of me I will not recommend to go there if you think on buying a car.

Comment : Pretty great experience. I'm updating my review to give the 5th star and add that if you need a car and live in maine, you need to come here. Mya Freitas was our sales girl and she was absolutely and I mean absolutely the best I've ever dealt with. Not pushy at all, listened to what we wanted and worked diligently to get us the best deal. The car was 11 years old and many banks didn't want to finance due to its age or wanted high interest and a ton down. We signed at 18% 😕 but the catch was we were waiting on a couple banks. So we paid to have the car undercoating done and would need to wait so they decided to wait on submitting the final paperwork. Thank God too because she got us 11% which will be a nice saving every month. Considering the age of the car and such we are stoked. Highly highly recommend Mya and Ira Honda

Comment : A very different experience this time at Ira Honda. My regular service provider Tom checked me in. Tom did not explain any thing about the result of an inspection. Someone who I had never met was assigned to me and I was disappointed in the explanation and articulation of the issue.tom did not follow up with me once during my visit. Very unusual and different from past visits.

I also wanted an evaluation of my car for a trade in and was disappointed in their evaluation. Two years ago, I was told my car was worth a lot more than today’s evaluation.

Overall, I was a little disappointed with my visit.

Comment : Our first service on our new car exceeded our expectations. They fit us in immediately and remembered to comp service for it being our first. Last, they ran the car through the wash to dress it up 😀
