Comment : I became a customer of Ira Ford two years when I purchased my 2023 Bronco Sport from Kyle Alexander - Kyle has been exceptional every step along the way (and I couldn't be happier with my Bronco and all the service that Ira Ford has provided). Both last time and now trading in for a 2025 Bronco Sport, Kyle has always been able to move at my pace and anticipate any question or concern I might have, as well as be consistently responsive with the utmost care, attention, and friendliness. I really value these qualities in a shopping experience, especially when it comes to a decision that has such impact for me and my family. I'm so appreciative to have built this relationship with Kyle and Ira Ford over the last two years, and I look forward to my family continuing our business here for many years to come. Thank you.

Comment : Never felt more disrespected and threatened by a business, Who ever the owners are they should be ashamed how the managers Tracy and Jesse treat customers. Both managers laughed and grinned while telling me my wife and my two daughters that they would be unwilling to help us in anyway even after they failed to properly replace the transmission in our Ford F150 not just one time but two times and when my wife brought up reimbursement The sales manager Tracy told her to be quiet because he knows the rules and she doesn’t….beyond disgusted with this entire experience.

Comment : Billy was our salesman at Ira ford in Saco and we could not recommend him enough. He worked (and searched) with us from day 1 to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted in a vehicle.
