Comment : If you want great service, please don’t come here. After a deer collision 7/1, our insurance recommended us to go here on 7/2.
After ordering all the parts, they said it would be 10 days to complete our vehicle.
After the 10 days, we had to call first for any and all updates.
First it was just an incorrect headlight left, so it got pushed back until the next week. Then they said they ordered an incorrect fender flare, so then a few more days. Then when that was supposed to be done, they said it was the an incorrect grille.
Mind you this is a stock 2012 Jeep Wrangler where this model runs for 10 years. Please entertain me how difficult it is to find parts are.

After calling at 9am today 7/29 we were told that the car was completed but just needed to be detailed. We arrived at 12:40 during the customer service’s lunch and so we waited until 1 to speak with someone just to see that same service advisor pull up in a customers car directly in the shop bay.
Even after picking up our vehicle after our supposed “detail”, there was a ball of tinfoil and an empty bottle of apple juice indicting someone ate their lunch and our car was never detailed one the inside. How this could possibly ever be me would be wild as I dont drink little bottles of apple and eve with a gas station lunch.

10 days turned into a 4 week project. Ira Collision Center Saco will give you the worst runaround about why your car isn’t completed and still leave it dirty to take home.

Comment : The work could have been done anywhere so Customer Service is what matters. Karen, Lisa and Marcelo were all polite and respectful of my time. The insurance company sought to make the repair process a hassle, but Karen and Lisa BEAT THEM DOWN until all was corrected. I immensely appreciate the level of support I have received from Ira Collision.

Comment : I picked up my 2020 Malibu.. After some time .Luckly I popped my hood my whole air box was open will all the screws backed off and just flopping around.Nice Quality ck. My hood and all seams are different!! 10,000 buckish

Comment : *8/8/24 update* The paint, PPF, and OEM parts were great that Marcel was able to get. Unfortunately the fit and finish left a lot to be desired. Later I found that the inner fender liners were not installed correctly and some bolts were not even there or reattached to secure anything. Had to fix everything myself after a piece of the fender liner came loose ultimately hitting my tire and damaging other components. Haven t even had my car repaired yet but after calling around (Moody s, R.P. Bell) Ira Collision provided the best and friendly customer service. Speaking over the phone they were more than helpful with getting me in the same day to speak with someone when I already had a claim and quote from USAA. I worked with Marcel who treated me with kindness and respect, as well as explaining everything to me making the claim and repairs easy to understand when it came to cost and parts availability. Marcel was training someone at the time and she also was very friendly and put customer service at the forefront.

Comment : Wouldn t really recommend was was told a lot of things that didn t happen, took much longer than told , poor quality work and on top of that when said something basically got argued with about it and told excuses take it somewhere else
