Comment : I picked up my 2020 Malibu.. After some time .Luckly I popped my hood my whole air box was open will all the screws backed off and just flopping around.Nice Quality ck. My hood and all seams are different!! 10,000 buckish

Comment : *8/8/24 update* The paint, PPF, and OEM parts were great that Marcel was able to get. Unfortunately the fit and finish left a lot to be desired. Later I found that the inner fender liners were not installed correctly and some bolts were not even there or reattached to secure anything. Had to fix everything myself after a piece of the fender liner came loose ultimately hitting my tire and damaging other components. Haven t even had my car repaired yet but after calling around (Moody s, R.P. Bell) Ira Collision provided the best and friendly customer service. Speaking over the phone they were more than helpful with getting me in the same day to speak with someone when I already had a claim and quote from USAA. I worked with Marcel who treated me with kindness and respect, as well as explaining everything to me making the claim and repairs easy to understand when it came to cost and parts availability. Marcel was training someone at the time and she also was very friendly and put customer service at the forefront.

Comment : Wouldn t really recommend was was told a lot of things that didn t happen, took much longer than told , poor quality work and on top of that when said something basically got argued with about it and told excuses take it somewhere else

Comment : Do not go to as their warranty is not worth the paper it s printed on. And I was told to basically go pound sand. I went to the dealership auto body to have my CRV repaired when it was hit a few years back. I went to the dealership body shop because I wanted it done correctly and it came with a lifetime warranty. Over this past fall and winter the clearcoat has failed and is lifting from the car and the shine is gone. I went back to the body shop to see about getting their repair fixed as it is failing it took multiple calls and almost 2 weeks for Dave the manager to call me back and basically tell me they were going to do nothing for me, but they will charge me to repair their failing paint job if I want. I will never do business again as their warranty is not worth anything.

Comment : Top notch service, unlike any other collision shop in the area. I dropped my truck off, went over the damage with them. My rental company picked me up and everything went well. The repair was timely, and when I went to pick up my truck, I was shocked. I dropped my truck off and still had winter sand on the floorboards and dust/dirt on the dashboard. When I picked my truck up, the repairs were 100% satisfactory, and the interior of my truck was cleaned to include the floor mats and dashboard. I felt like I was driving a brand new truck. I had no expectation of that and honestly, I never write reviews but I can t keep thinking about the customer service experience I had with Ira Collision and how they went above and beyond. Hopefully I don t have any collisions in the future, but if I do, I know where I m going. I will also suggest Ira Collision to friends and family. Thank you guys!

Comment : Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir mussten unser Auto hierher bringen, nachdem es von hinten aufgefahren war. Sie haben mit uns zusammengearbeitet und den Prozess so einfach wie möglich gestaltet. Dave hat mehrfach alles getan, um sicherzustellen, dass wir gut versorgt waren. Wenn wir in Zukunft ein Unfallzentrum brauchen würden, würden wir unser Auto nie woanders hinbringen als hier!
