Comment : Usually they are quick to address and solve mechanical issues. This last time they were quick to address, but not solve my issue. They told me to wait on a guy to address my issue. After a few hours I asked how much longer, they told me the guy went home for the day.

Comment : Great experience here with IES. We were picked up within 30 minutes of calling, and were out the door and back on the road within 2.5 hours. They were truly a lifesaver and were so accommodating. We even had our baby with us and it was no problem to drive all of us. Prices were fair as well, especially for a 24/7 service.
