Comment : My husband and I were driving east on PA Turnpike on a Saturday with about 200 miles to home when my Honda Odyssey van began giving us messages: battery, charging system, ABS disabled, radio screen blank. Just after we pulled over, the entire dashboard went blank. My van has over 223,000 miles on it (lots of recommended maintenance done over the years) so I was shocked we were stranded like this. We called AAA who referred us to Interstate Emergency Service. Scott arrived after a reasonable time and assured us it was likely the alternator and explained that they might have one in the shop, and if not, would be able to get one the next day (Sunday!) and they could take us to a close by hotel in Bedford, near the shop. I felt so relieved hearing this...I do not want to have to buy a new vehicle. I never rode in a tow truck before and was delighted with how spacious and clean Scott's was. Also very much enjoyed talking with him. The crew at the shop got right on it, testing the battery and alternator. Fortunately they had just the right one. We waited in the clean, comfortable waiting area and were on our way home within an hour or so. In addition to Scott, we met Grant, who was also friendly and helpful. SO happy my alternator decided to die on the PA turnpike near Interstate Emergency Services instead of many other terrible scenarios.

Comment : Had an emergency tire issue on the turnpike, and Interstate responded quickly and professionally. The office staff was friendly, and John got us taken care of and back on the road as quickly as possible.

Comment : I was driving on the Turnpike with my young daughter when an issue came up with my vehicle that needed to be repaired before we could continue. I initially contacted AAA, but since I was on the Turnpike they directed me to the Turnpike Emergency Dispatch. Within about 10?15 minutes a tow truck arrived, loaded my vehicle, and took us to their shop.

One of the guys there (I unfortunately didn?t catch his name) quickly took care of the issue and had us back on the road in no time. The entire process took less than an hour.

I?m extremely grateful for all of their help, professionalism, and kindness during a stressful situation. A great group of guys and truly appreciated their assistance!

Comment : Very disappointing experience with this towing company.

We called them for assistance and they told us someone would arrive within about an hour. After waiting for more than three hours, there was still no tow truck. Every time we called to ask for an update, we either got no answer or were given different excuses.

When the driver finally arrived, he acted like he was doing us a favor and was very unprofessional and rude. There was no apology for the delay and no communication during the entire time we were waiting.

Poor customer service, terrible communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend using this towing service.

Comment : Very bad experience with this towing service. They asked us to pay for the job and we issued an EFS code for the exact amount they requested. The payment didn?t go through because there was apparently a problem with their system at that time.

Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they were extremely rude to both me and my driver. We were simply trying to pay the amount they asked for, but their attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation much worse.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this towing service. Even if you feel like you don?t have other options, it?s better to find someone else.

Comment : TLDR: Super quick, fantastic, friendly, open on Sunday, overall great interaction!

My friend and I were in Bedford after seeing the Big Coffee Pot (totally worth the trip!) and I ended up running over a nail and getting a flat later that night. We were able to get the spare on to get back to our hotel. The next day was Sunday and I found out when I went to get my tire fixed that almost no automotive repair businesses are open in Bedford on Sunday, except for Interstate Emergency Services! It all worked out though because the guys here were super friendly and were able to patch my tire lickety-split and I was on my way in no time! Thanks to the team for easily and swiftly helping - making what could have been a huge inconvenience just a minor blip instead. :)

Comment : I recently had a DOT inspection near this city, and they provided me with services, including towing and repairs. They are a great team, very professional, and offer excellent prices.
