Comment : I have brought my Mercedes to them twice now and I am extremely happy with the service I received. Sevan will take the time to walk you through his thought-process and I learned a lot about my car from him. He hasn't tried to upsell me on any unnecessary services, which I greatly appreciate. He can beat dealership prices by a considerable amount and I trust him a lot more to work on my car.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Took my Porsche 911 to fix a PSM issue that the dealer quoted me an outrageous price to fix. After much tedious tinkering and diagnosis, they found a simple fix that cost 80% less than what the dealer was going to charge. Glad I brought it to Integrity! Will continue to use Savon and his mechanics?.highly recommend!
