Comment : We took my boyfriends bmw for a tire change and were there for 4 hours!!! They didn’t even put air in the tire to balance it. Now the tire pressure light comes on even after we put air to the recommended psi. Absolutely horrible experience!!

Comment : I’ve gone to Integrity Automotive for a few years now and it’s been the best and most honest place to get my inspections done. I used to go elsewhere before I knew about integrity and every single inspection there was something wrong and we had to pay hundreds to fix it. After a few years we thought maybe we were getting ripped off so we looked around and found integrity! Since then we’ve never been told our cars had any expensive fix that was needed, but they are very honest with what they recommend fixing. I just recently took my car there and after my inspection was complete they sent me a text with the things they recommended having done and a couple of things that needed to be completed as soon as possible - with that being an oil change. They were able to fit in the oil change in the same day and it was only $88 for an oil change and inspection. They were very fast and communicative throughout the whole day! The front desk person is also very kind, respectful, and quick at her job.
