Comment : Its been a month since my car was repaired. I wanted to drive it a while before I judge. It runs great, even better than when I bought it used 10 yrs ago. at 200k miles it was suggested I replace the motor, also the suspension needed replacing. Staff explained what options I had. Comment : I have had a horrible experience I was sent to this location by car max and my vehicle has been there for months and I still don?t have my vehicle because the price keeps changing and all the money from the insurance went to your company and still I have a outstanding bill with you but understand that te price has changed a bunch of times the last time it was just for wire was 420 and that was to finish the car but no because now I am being told I still owe thousands how from 400 you go up to thousand more it makes no sense I would not send anyone to that shop the customer service is no good and no one there knows how to add a bill up that is not any way to run a business
The whole thing boils down to that car max or you have ever been clear about anything going on with the car just like anything both sides has a story and the truth the whole problem is that the price is so high for what is being done with a old car

Comment : Fantastic professionalism. I had them install after market skid plates on my Tesla model 3 . The work completed was completed in fantastic time .
This begins for me a to be a long term client and loyal customer . I?m seeing a future Tesla mechanic shop? . The name of the bussiness says it all, ?Integrity auto repair? ?I?m confident because of the character and no baloney with the staff that my service needs will be completed . I?ll be a repeat customer from now on ! With my Tesla service needs to be completed.
