Comment : Okay, i really wanted to like this place. Seeing that it had really good reviews. Customer service was great. However whoever is responsible for pricing stuff don't really seem to know what their doing. I wanted to hardwire a digital rear view camera on my truck. I was providing all the materials. The lady that helped me went back to inquire about pricing, when she came back. She said they were quoting me minimum of $1000.00 dollars just for the install as it would take them approximately 6-8 hours. "Possibly more" if it took them longer to install. I was flabbergasted, the lady giving me pricing also sounded shocked as she was giving me the price. Not to mention the tech working on the computers also paused for second hearing the price. I thought maybe I heard wrong and had to ask her again and she repeated what she said. I got multiple other quoted and none of them were over 350. Long story short i had it done professionally for less than 2 hours and under 150. Maybe they didn't know how to do it. I don't know honestly.It's disappointing when you want to support a place based on good reviews, but the pricing just doesn't make sense, especially when it seems like the staff was equally surprised by the quote.Okay, i really wanted to like this place.
