Comment : I took my car to integrity auto recently for warranty work and they were amazing. Very knowledgeable and communicative in letting me know the status and where my vehicle was at in the process. The guided me step by step and I didnt feel confused on any part of the process. Comment : I attended their Integrity Auto Workshop Community event with my 17-year-old daughter, her boyfriend, and my wife, and it was excellent. We took part in every activity and genuinely learned a lot.

The environment was welcoming, organized, and full of positive energy. Everyone—from staff to volunteers—was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Our questions were answered with care, and the experience felt both exciting and meaningful.

We were also impressed by the number of high-value prizes given away throughout the event—it added a fun and generous touch to an already great experience.

We left inspired, informed, and grateful for such a memorable family experience. Highly recommended for next year if you missed it! ⭐👏

Comment : I have a 2015 Dodge Charger. I stopped by to get a quote. From the beginning Eliza was very helpful and quoted me on the cost of an ac diagnostics. I set an appointment since in the RGV a car ac is a must. During the time they were fixing the ac issues they found other issues and again Eliza explained that it was recommended. I decided to fix the issues that cause issues in the long run. The day I picked up my car Johnny was very professional and explained what was happening with my vehicle. I entrusted my vehicle at Integrity Auto Repair and any further issues I will definitely come back. Nowadays it is difficult to trust a mechanic without wanting to make money out of you and the car issues continue. I did not feel this way here especially after reading previous reviews. Thank you Eliza and Johnny for all. I will go back for the pending recommendations.
