Comment : Even when caught by surprise the integrity family remained courteous and professional. This may be so. But I don't think they know what integrity means.they charged me 95.00 a piece for motor mounts when I now have priced them. Most places sell the kit where you get both motor mounts and the transmission mount for less than what they charged me for just one. Rule of thumb is when you change broken motor mounts generally it is due to bad transmission mount that caused the problem. Any experienced certified mechanic worth his salt knows that.thats not the bad part. They charged me $1,555.00 to change both motor mounts and had my vehicle for 11 days and didn't even fix the problem. Now I'm screwed and can't afford to have my vehicle fixed . I'm a 67 year old veteran on a fixed income. Integrity my foot. I experienced con artist at their best.
