Everything before that was fine. They called me to give status updates or to approve extra work that came up during my repair. The issue I had was that during the repair, they had to replace speed sensors because mine were rusted out. They called me the day before and stated that once they put my vehicle back together and test drove it, my ABS light was on. They proceeded to ask if this light was on before dropping it off and I told them no it was not. They told me they’d look into it and give me a call back. The next day I get a call from them and they stated it was a loose connection and they plugged it back in and all the lights or off on my dash and that I can come pick it up. Later in the day I come to pick up my vehicle, pay, get in my car and I have a traction control warning light on. Mind you, I did not have any warning lights on at the time I dropped it off, and the speed sensors that they changed tie into the traction/ABS system. So I go back inside and inform them I have the traction control light on and they ask me again if the light was on before I brought it in and I said no definitely not and it’s something they did or didn’t plug in. After some back and forth I was informed I’d have to pay a diagnostic fee for them to figure out what the problem they caused was and pay for any labor to fix the problem which was totally unacceptable to me because I knew they caused this light to come on. After some more back and forth the tech stated they’d waive the fee as long as what they find was their fault but I would have to leave my vehicle there again. I didn’t not have time that day to leave my vehicle and my ride had already left and was too far away. They told me I could bring my vehicle in when I have time and they’ll look at it. When I got home I went on the internet and researched this issue for about 10 minutes and figured out a solution to the traction light being on. Since they trigger the ABS light to go on from not plugging in a sensor properly, they had to clear the ABS light and then reset the VSA (traction control) as well. So I did the procedure that was outlined on the internet and had to fix my own car after getting it back! They also did not weld the exhaust correctly and now I have an exhaust leak. I called and they told me to drop my car off for a couple of hours and they’ll fix the exhaust. I feel like if I bring it back they should fix it right away while I wait because they didn’t fix it correctly the first time. Why make me get a ride to drop my vehicle off when they should service my vehicle first. The work they performed otherwise seems to work and I don’t have any other issues than what I had to deal with after picking up my car. I feel like they weren’t listening to me and was trying to brush it off like I gave them the vehicle like that which I told them about 3-4 times that I had no warning lights on my dash when dropping it off. Update: Turns out these “mechanics” either stripped my axel or didn’t torque it down properly because I ended up bringing my car to a different shop for what I thought was a wheel bearing issue. The mechanic calls me and asks if I’ve had anyone work on my car recently and Integrity changed out my clutch so that involves taking out the axel. The mechanic proceeds to tell me the issue isn’t the wheel bearing but it’s the axel that is stripped and loose against the hub. Having a loose axel is a major safety hazard and could have caused me to get into an accident and injure myself or others. It’s sad a company names Integrity would put their customers at risk like that with unprofessional work like that. I would advise you to take you vehicles elsewhere! 1 Reviews Jared zerrato Edinburg, TX Reviewed : 04/21/2025 Comment : fast and reliable service. 1 Reviews Albert a Edinburg, TX Reviewed : 04/20/2025 Comment : I came in to see about drivers window not going up anymore on my 2016 Dodge Challenger. Had to get a new module control panel for drivers side. They also fixed a busted washer fluid hose under the hood insulation as well. Great job on both items also got a quote for transmission service too. Got to save my pennies for that work lol. Will be getting all car work done here and oil changes also done here. Nice wait room with two TVs and water and coffee machines. 1 Reviews Adrian Edinburg, TX Reviewed : 04/19/2025 Comment : Great and fast service!
