Comment : My car was making a weird noise. They had difficulty replicating it, but they took a look inside taking things apart and found the issue anyways. I love how they're relatively fast, but don't try to go as fast as those “quick repair” places (a nice balance of timely and proper care. It doesn't sit in the lot without being worked on, but they also don't rush through the work). Their communication is also really good, they make it easier when multiple people share a car (one person can bring it in and another can get updates; perfect for families).

I don't like how they have a tendency to keep the car running while checking out, I'd much rather just take it out from being parked so less gas could be wasted. It's a relatively minor complaint though.

Comment : I have been a customer at Innovative Auto works for over 20 years. They give you Dealership level service without Dealership level prices

They have kept 4 different vehicles rolling. I have high mileage vehicles. 1 of My current vehicles has 272,000+ miles on it. They do a great job of digging in to find the problem and coming up with solutions that won't break the bank

I recently took my 2010 Ford Edge in for its 140,000 service. They did all of the services i asked and gave a reasonable price.

Comment : I tried to settle this with shop before putting a review in, but this is just the way things went. My wife's car had check engine and transmission lights come on and we brought it to innovative. They told us there were no leaks, but for some reason the transmission fluid was low and said that flushing the transmission and refilling it would fix the issue so I approved for them to complete the flush for $585.00, less than 24 hours later the check engine and transmission lights were back on and we brought it back to them one more time and they assured us there were no leaks, the car was mechanically safe to drive and that it must be an electrical issue. So we took it to an Auto Electrician and he was able to determine the warning lights for the engine and transmission were for a part a CVT valve body which we found out was covered under warranty and we ended up taking it to Subaru where they actually found a leak in the transmission which means that the work this shop did was unnecessary and their technician, who is the best per my text conversations with innovative, missed a leak 2 times. Now I'm no mechanic and see this as a lesson learned. I didn't know that transmission fluid doesn't just disappear so there had to be a leak in the transmission for the fluid to be low and for innovative to do the flush and fluid replacement without finding the leak is the same thing as filling a bucket of water with a hole in it. They were not willing to refund me the full amount what they did offer was free services on the Subaru done by a technician I don't trust or a refund for the fee we paid the Auto Electrician. I requested a second time for the full amount and they declined after going back and forth via text. I personally do not trust their technicians and they have certainly lost all credibility with me.
