Comment : I tried to settle this with shop before putting a review in, but this is just the way things went. My wife's car had check engine and transmission lights come on and we brought it to innovative. They told us there were no leaks, but for some reason the transmission fluid was low and said that flushing the transmission and refilling it would fix the issue so I approved for them to complete the flush for $585.00, less than 24 hours later the check engine and transmission lights were back on and we brought it back to them one more time and they assured us there were no leaks, the car was mechanically safe to drive and that it must be an electrical issue. So we took it to an Auto Electrician and he was able to determine the warning lights for the engine and transmission were for a part a CVT valve body which we found out was covered under warranty and we ended up taking it to Subaru where they actually found a leak in the transmission which means that the work this shop did was unnecessary and their technician, who is the best per my text conversations with innovative, missed a leak 2 times. Now I'm no mechanic and see this as a lesson learned. I didn't know that transmission fluid doesn't just disappear so there had to be a leak in the transmission for the fluid to be low and for innovative to do the flush and fluid replacement without finding the leak is the same thing as filling a bucket of water with a hole in it. They were not willing to refund me the full amount what they did offer was free services on the Subaru done by a technician I don't trust or a refund for the fee we paid the Auto Electrician. I requested a second time for the full amount and they declined after going back and forth via text. I personally do not trust their technicians and they have certainly lost all credibility with me.

Comment : We’ve done business with these guys for years now, and not one time have we ever been disappointed with the professional service we’ve received. I shudder to think there will come a time when you guys all retire and we have to search elsewhere for a honest mechanic shop. I pray you work many years and have long life. Thank you for taking such excellent care of us and our family’s vehicles.

Comment : I had a piece of rubber tubing dangling off of my car and they fixed it in under an hour and didn’t charge me for parts or labor. The scheduling process was very easy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be recommending them to others looking for car service.
