Comment : I brought my car in for an A/C service and really appreciate the team taking the time to look everything over so thoroughly. Even though a few additional repairs came up, I could tell they were doing their best to address the issue and keep me informed along the way.

While the A/C still needs a bit more attention, I?m thankful for their effort and friendly service, and I?m confident it?ll be fully resolved with a follow-up.

Comment : I brought my car in for an A/C service, despite having had a negative experience here in the past. Unfortunately, this visit was even more disappointing. As soon as I arrived, the mechanic was immediately disrespectful and refused to provide service. He went as far as insisting that I change a previously posted review before he would even consider working on my vehicle.
Shortly after, my car was returned to me without any service completed, and I was told he would not proceed?presenting himself as if he were the owner. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect toward a customer is completely unacceptable.
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had, he was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone seeking reliable or respectful service, and I will not be returning.
