WE'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS!I RECCOMEND IT! 1 Reviews Drazen rivera RIO RANCHO, NM This has been the worst experience I've had at an auto service shop. My car is in worse condition now than when I brought it in. They added numerous parts without providing a solid solution, and all I encountered were repeated requests to pay for additional repairs. I’m really disappointed with their service. It feels like they were playing guessing games instead of diagnosing the actual problem.I definitely won’t return as a customer and would advise others to avoid this place if you want to steer clear of headaches—it's simply not worth it.'> Reviewed : 07/06/2025 Comment : I brought my car in for an A/C service, and initially, everything seemed to be fine. However, as time went on, I was asked to replace more parts that unexpectedly needed fixing. What started as a full service cost of $500 ended up totaling $924. After picking up my car, I found that the A/C still wasn't working. The only explanation I received was that the A/C fan wasn't functioning properly, even though it was perfectly fine when I dropped off the car. This has been the worst experience I've had at an auto service shop. Bo and Andres helped me get my Jeep squared away on a holiday when EVERY other shop was closed. They’ve earned my trust and continued business. I’ll be back for more work from these guys. 1 Reviews Jg RIO RANCHO, NM Reviewed : 07/02/2025 Comment : I just recently moved back to NM from Seattle. I have a 2012 Range Rover Evoque with less than 70k miles on it. I’m the original owner. My car started down shifting really hard and would need to be jumped a couple of times. I took it in on June 19th. The woman helping was amazing. Very professional, personable, and empathetic. They were going to do a diagnostic test to find out what was wrong. She called me later and gave me the results. It wasn’t the greatest news, but it made sense. They had replace my battery with a different kind specific for my car and they found a leak in the manifold. It was going to be $7k. Ouch, but fine. She said they would need to order the turbo charger and it would take a couple of days and wouldn’t get to it until Tuesday because they are closed on Sunday and Mondays. Sounds reasonable. She said that they might be able to finish it on Tuesday, but it would most likely be Wednesday but they would let me know. I hadn’t heard anything by late Wednesday afternoon so I called. The woman I had been speaking to was not there and a guy in a very breathy voice answered. He said that they hadn’t started on it yet and the guy that was going to be working on it was going on vacation Friday and wouldn’t start on it until he returns on the following Tuesday. Ummmm, WHATTT???? I was so confused. I had never heard of such a thing If I went on vacation, I either had to finish my work or transfer it to someone else so deadlines wouldn’t be missed and clients wouldn’t fire us. I pushed back saying I was told it would be ready today at the latest and that I got a car rental up until the day they told me it would be ready. He put me on hold and then came back to tell me that they were going to get the owner to come in and work on it so hopefully it would be done by Saturday but he would call me and let me know. I extended my rental until Saturday. I never received a call. So it was basically him telling me a flat out lie so I would get off the phone. The owner never worked on it. I was never called. I had to call yesterday (7/1) to get up update. He said they started working on it that morning and should be done later that day or early the next day. At this point I didn’t believe a word coming out of his mouth. I told him one of the main reasons I came here instead of the dealership is because they are way more expensive. But with the need to keep extending my rental daily, the cost pretty much is the same but I innovative Auto Solutions caused me more stress. He finally called with an update. The first one since they did the diagnostic test. It wouldn’t be ready that day (yesterday), but will be ready today. I got a call this morning it was ready. This is my review of their customer service. I’m hoping the work done on my was is good. Don’t worry, I’ll let you after about a week with it. I’ll post another review. I’m hoping it’s a 5-star. We shall see.Long story short: they suck at keeping commitments, they suck at communicating (I would have been so much calmer had my expectations been met or at least adjusted as needed), and they suck for parking my car while the guy was on vacation (so thankful he only took like two days). II had to call when they went past the timing they gave me. If they would have told me from the beginning that they are really busy and have someone going on vacation so it will be a bit of a delay then I could have decided to keep it there or take it elsewhere. This was shameful. 1 Reviews Jason gurule RIO RANCHO, NM Reviewed : 07/02/2025 Comment : I just recently moved back to NM from Seattle.
