They gave me an honest and thorough assessment of the issue. Turns out, I had that same control arm and bushing replaced back in January by another shop who charged me nearly double what Innovative quoted for the repair.Instead of just taking my money, they let me know that the previous repair should still be under warranty and suggested I check with the original shop. I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Despite their busy schedule, they took the time to diagnose the problem without pushing unnecessary repairs.From now on, Innovative Auto Solutions will be my go-to for any vehicle issues. They re not only more affordable than the other shop, but they re also straightforward and no-nonsense.
