Comment : Van Nuys Infiniti took care of the oil change which is why I took in my 2016 Q50. I also asked the intake person to ask the mechanic to investigate the engine light which had come on. He asked me a few questions regarding how the car was running and I told him that there had been no issues. I thought that perhaps because I hadn't changed the oil in a while, was the reason the engine light had come on and hoped that it would turn off after the oil was changed. I told him that I wanted to take advantage of an oil change special that the dealership was offering, purchase two, get three oil changes. Once I told him that, I feel that he wanted to move along with the intake process. I kind of felt like I got the bums rush. When my car was returned, I asked about the engine light, the intake person told me it was still lit. :(
