Comment : Pricing seemed fair. Service was quick. They even fixed up some of the body damage and told me what other work I should do soon without trying to sell me them doing it.

Comment : I brought my car in at 8 AM with an AC problem and did not pick up my car until 5PM. That is 9 hrs you had my car. I was told my car did not malfunction for you all day. That you replaced the relay for $20 bucks and it was fixed. The second I picked up my car I tested the AC. Surprised it was still blowing hot air. I even had Dawn come back out to see. I have brought my car in several times over the past couple years for the same issue. I just want my AC to work and to be reliable. So I am very frustrated and feel like I am not heard sometimes. Dawn is amazing by the way. She is always kind.
