Millsboro, DE Reviewed : 08/14/2025 Comment : I purchased 4 new tires from this location and had them installed there. When I got in my car after they were done the job I found that the tire pressures were: 43, 44, 48 and 52 pounds for a vehicle that lets me know if the pressures deviate more than 2 pounds and which needs to see 40 pounds at each tire. Also, the new balancing weights were placed OVER the film of road dirt/grime that's always present on wheels - the tech was too lazy to wipe the wheels clean when he placed the weights. I expect the weights will fall off in short order. If you're willing to finish the job properly yourself, then this is a good shop to go to, if not ... I was planning to have them sell and install a new wheel/tire package on my wife's Jeep that would've been a $4k job for them ... not anymore! The staff at the service desk were nice enough but their techs don't seem to be trained/supervised very well nor care about their work enough to handle a simple task like changing and balancing a set of tires properly. 1 Reviews Kristen hyland Millsboro, DE Reviewed : 08/12/2025 Comment : Wonderful service, my tire was low today and they got us right in to patch it, super grateful! 1 Reviews Bryan Millsboro, DE Reviewed : 08/10/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Christina s. Replaced all four. However, the technician discovered a failed axle boot which if left undetected would have caused major repairs down the road. We had no idea until it was brought to my attention. They do a complete inspection of your vehicle and provide detailed inspection reports. Super impressed. 1 Reviews Kelly mcgrogan Millsboro, DE Reviewed : 07/25/2025 Comment : Tim Nancy and Heather were an absolute life saver! We took a vacation in Maryland and got a flat tire in DE and they took us right in and fixed our tire. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much for everything!!!! 1 Reviews John f. p. Millsboro, DE Reviewed : 07/25/2025 Comment : Went in for a failed tire pressure sensor. Replaced all four. Never again!!!'> Reviewed : 07/24/2025 Comment : What a disaster!! I scheduled the day's first appointment (8:00 AM) for new tires and (foolishly, as it turns out) decided to stay at this shop thinking the work would take at most 90 minutes to an hour. As they were working to complete that job, I was told that the mechanic had determined that I needed new brakes and calipers. I agreed and was told that the work would take "about an hour." I gave the OK. Later, I was also told that I needed an oil change (something I had already been planning to take care of). The hours passed. I finally inquired at 12 noon when they thought my car might be ready. "It shouldn't be too much longer. He's working on it now - plus or minus 15 minutes or so." Another hour passed and I again inquired. I was told they had wrong calipers and had to order new ones. "How long will all that take?" "He'll work on it as fast as he can."In short, work that should have taken three hours at most turned into six hours. Flimsy apologies and shrugs. Shame on me. Never again!!! 1 Reviews Sean ryder Millsboro, DE Reviewed : 07/19/2025 Comment : I needed two front tires for my truck. Apparently they only put the new tires on the rear which I’ve never heard in my life. It’s pretty obvious that they know the front tires will go first, so they’re hoping you come back soon and get new front tires. All I can say is run Forrest run.
