Comment : Took advantage of me after I admitted I didn't know much about cars. I only needed two tires. I've gotten two tires changed before, so I know it's possible. Suddenly my total went from about $650 to $1200 and they had no choice but to change all four. When they called to tell me that, I said not to finish working because I'm disabled and out of work and can't pay. They told me there was no way out.
I've got four new tires on a car probably worth what I paid for them, and $1200 more added to credit card debt.

Comment : Went in on a Saturday due to my tire pressure light on with no appointment. Not only did they work me into their busy schedule, they also had a set of tires that fit my car. Excellent customer service.

Comment : As a single lady it's hard to find a garage that doesn't push or rip you off. They were fair. A sign of a good business is phone ringing, well theirs rang and rang lol I'll definitely go back

Comment : My dealings on appointment day were great!! However, the person that gave me my appointment after the diagnostic test didn't even mention some very critical issues. I'd say don't go to the guy at the service desk. The two ladies were very knowledgeable, efficient and nice!! They looked over the diagnostics and pointed out some critical concerns that he'd not addressed. They took care of both my car and me. I'd go back!!

Comment : My appt was at 3:00pm. I arrived on time because I had other arrangements. It was 4:38 when I left!! What is the purpose of having an appointment and having to wait for a long period of time ?. The flies where terrible.

Comment : Mounting of four tires was not an issue. Mechanics installed a set of tires for me at an inflated price, however, the conduct and demeanor of the admitting staff is inexcusable. I took my car on a scheduled appointment to analyze a problem with an understanding that I would wait on the analysis. Upon arrival, I was told right away that the car would have to be kept all day which meant I had to call for a ride home. Attempts to reach the store by telephone for 2 days to find out the status of their review yielded negative results. They don't answer phones and don't return calls I had to drive to the store to find out their results and I was very surprised to find two (2) persons available to answer phones. I also found my car parked exactly where I left it which means their diagnosis was based solely on the age of the tires without a test drive or electronic analysis. I was told that they tried to contact me, but had my wrong number; however, when I scheduled the appointment, I gave my phone number and email. Also, each time I called, I left a voice mail with my name and phone number. Evidently, they never attempted to verify the number they were using or listened to my voice mail. I should have picked up my car and taken it elsewhere, but with the time invested, I elected to have a set of tires installed. For the mounting of the tires, I give 4 stars. For conduct of scheduling personnel, I give one (1) star. Unlikely that I will ever return to In and Out Tire.

Comment : Sie waren sehr nett und wir hatten es eilig. Deshalb haben sie uns vorgedrängelt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Ich brauchte dringend eine Tariffestlegung und wir waren auf Reisen. Ich würde Sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
