Comment : Had $2,800.00 of work done to replace a water pump, thermostat, transmission filter and tension belt. On the freeway during rush hour the radiator drain plug blew and almost caused an accident. They claimed that the plug was never removed or replaced to drain the radiator. There was only two miles difference on the odometer from the time we brought it in until we picked it up. It was never road tested to let the system heat up. When questioned, all I got were rude and degrading responses. Tim told us to just take the keys and go. Very rude!

Comment : I came here for the first time to have my transmission fluid drained and replaced. It was a great experience, and I intend to return for my future service needs. I compared reviews and quotes from several businesses, but this place was by far the best. Their pricing was more than competitive. Their amazing customer service is what sealed the deal for me. I called in last week and got a quote within a few minutes. They couldn't fit me in until this week, and I took the fact that they were busy as a good sign. It definitely was. I now understand why people come back to Import Auto Service. Every employee was friendly and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable. There is a really nice waiting room with comfortable chairs, Wi-Fi, coffee, water, and a very clean restroom. The whole place seems well-maintained. While I was waiting, got to see that every single customer is treated with kindness and respect. The employees actually explained what was going on with people's cars, and it was obvious they care about customers' safety. Didn't expect to leave such a long review, but this business is great and deserves the praise.

Comment : I am sure 100% this is the correct place despite the owner's response below. I was advised to replace nearly everything on my new car, which was very surprising. While I have no issues with the owner Timothy, who appears to be a decent person . However his lead mechanic, whose name is perhaps Rudolpho, his front desk manager shawn may have given me the incorrect name because I asked , seems very questionable , either due to his incompetence or dishonesty. After being informed of an extensive and costly list of repairs, I got a second and third opinion. Both confirmed that my vehicle was in excellent condition without any grand issues. My time, money, and energy was wasted at this establishment despite other people having good experiences. I suggest asking for other opinions before trusting this place.

Comment : So I was looking to get my a/c some freon. I went to the military base first and they wanted to charge for the service, but if it needed repairs and I declined the service, they would keep the whole freon service fee?Import Auto Service looked at it and gave me a reasonable price I could afford.While there, they showed me the faulty parts and made sure I understood what I was paying for.It s a family friendly environment and it is very clean. I loved the experience and have found a mechanic shop that I can trust. Go here FIRST. You will not be disappointed.God bless this establishment So I was looking to get my a/c some freon. Comment : From my first inquiry, I received the attention I was looking for from a new auto shop. Tim didn't push or try to quote me on something that I didn't necessarily need. He responded to all my questions and was not only professional but also, personal. Nice comfortable family office w cute little guard dog that actually runs the show. I believe this will be my go to shop for all my future car issues and maintenece. So far a great feeling of trust and is so rare!
