Comment : I took my car in for Oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Audi s5. I would bring all my cars here for service. Very friendly and it only took a couple of hours. I live within walking distance so that's a plus. Highly recommend

Comment : I've requested a TPMS service for my 2013 Lexus GS-350 and they did an outstanding job! They removed and replaced all four sensors including programming. Cost of service was a lot less compared to the Lexus dealer. This is my first time at Import Auto Service and it won't be the last. Highly recommended!!!

Comment : My car had a rattle that I couldn't diagnose myself. I dropped it off after work Wednesday night. Thursday afternoon I got the call that my car was ready. I was anxious about how much it would cost me not knowing what the problem was. Imagine my surprise when they told me NO CHARGE! They are honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend you service your vehicles here. I will not take my VW nor Fiat anywhere else!

Comment : A car was taken there to fix something that was repaired in their shop. A wheel assembly on an all wheel drive car, given back without being aligned, said the couldn't do the work. It popped 3 tires in 200 miles. It was taken back to them to fix it, the kept it for a month, then charged for more parts, kept the car a month more, then repaired it. Anyone who has ever owned or worked for a reputable company, knows you don't give a job half finished to the customer. Never will these clowns get any business from me or anyone I know

Comment : Had $2,800.00 of work done to replace a water pump, thermostat, transmission filter and tension belt. On the freeway during rush hour the radiator drain plug blew and almost caused an accident. They claimed that the plug was never removed or replaced to drain the radiator. There was only two miles difference on the odometer from the time we brought it in until we picked it up. It was never road tested to let the system heat up. When questioned, all I got were rude and degrading responses. Tim told us to just take the keys and go. Very rude!
