Comment : I keep coming back here because I know Tim and team are honest and fair 😀. Each time I’ve been in I’ve always felt they only suggest what really needs to be fixed/repaired immediately vs. any and all at the dealership (that costs an arm and a leg). I’ll be visiting again for my next scheduled maintenance. Highly recommend!

Comment : My service advisor was Tim and my technician was Juan, Tim was very communicative and knowledgeable and Juan was very thorough and efficient with my pre purchase inspection. I was given a very detailed report on the vehicle along with estimates of what the repairs would cost. They saved me from buying a 9K car that still needed 5K in immediate repairs! I am very grateful and had such a great first time non-dealership mechanic shop experience. Thank you guys so much! I 100% recommend them for any car service needs!

Comment : I?ve been taking my 2018 Jaguar XE Diesel to Import Auto Clinic for a couple of years now, and they have consistently provided excellent service. It?s not easy finding a trustworthy shop that understands European vehicles, especially diesel cars, but their team has always been knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They take the time to explain what the car needs and never try to push unnecessary work. Their pricing has always been fair and transparent, which is something I really appreciate.

What really stands out is how friendly and helpful everyone is, especially Tim. They?re always willing to answer questions, give advice, detailed 86 point inspection checklist, and make sure the customer feels comfortable with the work being done.
