Comment : I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V to Ike’s Honda in Marion for its regular 5,000 mile oil change and check up. As usual, Andrew Bishop, Honda Service technician, performed a very thorough inspection in a professional and friendly manner; all within less than 30 minutes. Cody Clover, Honda’s Service Advisor, informed me in person and by text what was going on with my car and if I had any questions, to just text him. Honda’s Service department provided a clean and orderly waiting room area for me to wait for while my car was being serviced. I did not have to wait; less than 30 minutes. When my car was ready, Cody got me from the waiting room and processed my paperwork/bill. I appreciated Cody explaining to me what was done and what the description on the receipt meant. Nothing wrong with my car. Oil changed. Spark plugs still good. Tires rotated and still good, etc. So I was good to go. Honda’s oil change and check up might be a little bit on the expensive side but I think their knowledge and service is worth it. I got excellent service for a very reasonable price. That’s why I have all my Honda car services done at Ike’s Honda in Marion.

Comment : Honda certified service techs make, or break a dealership. In a day & age where quality control At The Factory is sometime questioned, the techs must be the ones to make up the difference. These techs are good !

Comment : Oil change under warranty. Checked the cruise control switch and found it not engaging. Ordered a replacement under warranty. Gave me a ride to work.
