Comment : I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or customer care.My car had been shaking on the freeway for two days but felt fine after that. With a road trip coming up, I decided to have it looked at just in case, especially since this shop worked with my warranty provider.I made an 8:30am appointment and dropped off my car at 8:15am, hoping to be the first vehicle in. After handing over my keys, the receptionist started talking about politics, specifically mentioning how glad she was that Trump was in office and saying that those kinds of people who claim he does bad things have no proof. She went on to say he had a big plan and that we should be ready. As a Hispanic woman and person of color, this made me extremely uncomfortable and was completely inappropriate for the setting. There was no reason to bring up politics when I was simply there to entrust my car to them.I called several times throughout the day to check on my car, but by 1:00pm, I was told it hadn t even been test-driven yet. At 1:45pm, I got a call saying there was nothing wrong with my car, but I was still being charged $150 for diagnostics and $40 for the oil change, which I was initially told would be covered. I expressed my frustration, and the receptionist continued to talk over me, was disrespectful, and belittled me. When I asked why it took over five hours just to tell me nothing was wrong with my car, she responded with a confusing and unhelpful comment about how cars don t get fixed like microwaves. Not even 15 minutes after that conversation, I received another call saying my bill would now be $330 because they had balanced my tires. I asked how the price increased so suddenly, especially when nothing was wrong with my car, and she just kept going back and forth. When I mentioned I d come in to speak with someone else, she quickly offered to work something out on my bill. When I arrived to pick up my car, I saw a sign above the desk stating diagnostic fees were $79.95, but I had been told $150. When I asked about the discrepancy, the receptionist simply dismissed it, saying it was an old sign. She then asked me to sign multiple documents without explaining them, including one that said I was paying $0, even though I had already been told my total. When I refused to sign without clarification, she stormed off and sent a mechanic out, who also couldn t explain why the bill was so high or why the sign contradicted what I d been told. This business is incredibly deceiving, with poor customer service and untrustworthy billing practices. I strongly advise you to avoid getting your car serviced here. They will try to take advantage of you if given the chance.I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or customer care. More
