Comment : I would keep looking for a Repair Shop if I were you, Extremely unprofessional, Terrible communication, Zero care in the world. I’m usually the last person to write a bad review. But I hope this reaches someone that is looking for a serious facility to take care of their vehicle in a timely manner as I wish I would have seen this review When I was desperately looking for a facility to repair my vehicle under the unexpected breakdown.

My truck was sitting there for two months in total, Still not fixed unfortunately I had to bring it to another repair facility. After i&a did Slightly over $7000 worth of Engine work. After having my engine completely tear down, they repaired my lifters and camshaft. Then proceeded to put everything back together and give the truck back with the check engine, light and timing chain codes as well as misfiring. In their attempt to resolve my complaint initially upon receiving my keys after payment, they ordered me to drive 100 miles (Which was said after complaining) & return my truck with 100 additional miles the following day upon request and then proceeded to wait two weeks with no progress after multiple attempts trying to call and get updates.

Comment : Isaiah is a scammer don't let them work on your vehicle. It took 4 months and several calls for them start work on my vehicle (he was already paid by the warranty company $4k). After several finesse phone calls from him. My car was worked, $1600 extra he returned my vehicle in worse then when I gave to him and blamed me for not wanting to spend more money. Them could even put air in the tire the light was on. A day later I'm stuck with was vehicle that doesn't run and loan 1600 loan from so bs lease company. Beware when told to send your car here the reviews are real I should have listened.

Comment : This place screwed up both omy boyfriends car and his father's car. Ignored the father's concerns. Broke parts in both cars and they both sound worse then they did before. Horrible service.
