Comment : Ok, so let me start this by saying I have a 2019 Nissian Sentra car wouldn’t start had it towed to this place recommended by AAA, so they got one star for being quick, now what was wrong with my car: It needed a new battery and the terminals that go over the battery post and ladies and gentlemen these people charged me $650 for that, didn’t call me and have repairs approved but they did take off $92 for not calling so that’s what’s up. If you absolutely just have to go to this place then fine but this place is A BIG SCAM AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF cause ain’t no way in the world I would of been paying $650 for a battery and terminal and I don’t even have a luxury car, or truck. Nothing is worse than someone overcharging you trying to explain how their prices and just like everyone else’s prices. I called around to other shops just to see and the difference was astounding. This place will NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER GET MY BUSINESS IR MONEY EVER AGAIN

I had a deasle truck towed to them when I broke down in Ohio. After they knew it was a 6.0 f 350 they agreed to take truck in for repair. They kept truck for over 2 weeks then finally did a diagnostic. They said it needed a new motor. They also said I d They didnt do motors. So I had to find another place to go.
I couldn't find anyone to do the job so I had to have a company transport it home.to PA.
The transport company spoke to I&A automotive. Evidently the transport company couldn't pick it up be ause there was a bill there that I wasn't aware of.
Come to find out I had to pay 255.00 for diagnostics. I called I&A and told them that they shouldn't had taken truck if they couldn't do the work. Since they couldn't do the work they didnt open a claim with warranty company to get paid for diagnostics.
I called my warranty company and they agreed that they shouldn't had taken truck if they couldn't service it. They also said they wo u old look into it.
I called I&A and told them I was filling an complaint with BBB too. That I had already made one with warranty company too and that the warranty company would be getting in touch with them.
They didnt seem to care. I payed the bill.

Now when the transport company talked to them on Friday . I&A said they'd be there Saturday for pick up the truck.
Saturday I get call from truck driver that they couldn't find the keys for truck after they were told that someone would be there.
So the transport company loaded my truck anyways without having the keys. I tried to call I@A and no one answers.
So I had a truck towed to a garage that honors my warranty where it sat for 2 weeks. To find out they couldn't do the work a ND give me a 255.00 bill instead of putting in a claim.
I had to pay a transport company 600.00 to tow my truck back without my keys because no one was there as there was supposed to be.. now I'm I able to reach anyone there.
I wouldn't recommend this kind of business to anyone.

Comment : Over the summer my BMW broke down in Ohio. I was visiting someone in Ohio. I’m not from Ohio so I started to panic. How was I going to get back to my State? How was I going to be able to get my car fixed. It was a very stressful situation. I googled places that could look at my car. I came across a shop, had my car towed to this place only to be told they were going to park my car in an alley and eventually get to it. Me not being from Ohio and looking at the area, I was like oh NO!! Eventually I was told about I & A. I called them and had my car towed to them. It was placed in a locked area and when I called them in Mon, I informed the lady I wasn’t from Ohio and that I was stranded. Baby let me tell y’all, she put me ahead of all the customers they already had, looked at my car and by Tuesday they called me and said what was wrong. So I want to make sure I let EVERYONE know that this shop is AMAZING, WONDERFUL AND KIND!! Megan P. Is the manager who went above and beyond for me. Tech Chris, he was AWESOME!! And their tow truck driver is AMAZING, KIND, INFORMATIVE AND VERY THOUGHTFUL!!
I HIGHLY recommend this business for any of your auto needs.. They went above and beyond to help me and they didn’t have to. Megan P. was so sweet and kind to me.. I am very THANKFUL FOR THEM & THEIR SHOP!!!

Comment : I would keep looking for a Repair Shop if I were you, Extremely unprofessional, Terrible communication, Zero care in the world. I’m usually the last person to write a bad review. But I hope this reaches someone that is looking for a serious facility to take care of their vehicle in a timely manner as I wish I would have seen this review When I was desperately looking for a facility to repair my vehicle under the unexpected breakdown.

My truck was sitting there for two months in total, Still not fixed unfortunately I had to bring it to another repair facility. After i&a did Slightly over $7000 worth of Engine work. After having my engine completely tear down, they repaired my lifters and camshaft. Then proceeded to put everything back together and give the truck back with the check engine, light and timing chain codes as well as misfiring. In their attempt to resolve my complaint initially upon receiving my keys after payment, they ordered me to drive 100 miles (Which was said after complaining) & return my truck with 100 additional miles the following day upon request and then proceeded to wait two weeks with no progress after multiple attempts trying to call and get updates.
