Comment : The a/c diagnostic was scheduled 3 weeks prior then to find out that I had a 2 day wait. Calculating that once diagnosed and parts ordered I would be without a car for 3 weeks. I declined the services. Not once was I notified that my appointment was not available.

Comment : Muy mala calidad de servicio mi camioneta tuvo un golpe y la llevaron arreglar al agencia y tardaron como dos meses para entreg??rmela y esta camioneta no qued?? bien le cobraron al seguro su buen dinero y nada ni a quedado bien la llevado 4 veces y nunca qued?? bien segun le cambian partes nuevas y nada esta ??ltima vez opte por verificar que las partes viejas que quitaron ala camioneta que me las ense??aran y las que pidieron nuevas y resulta que una barra que ten??an que cambiar nueva no la cambiaron se ve vieja y sucia esa parte que pudieron no es nueva son unos mentirosos y abusan creo que tomar?? otras medidas y por eso kiero poner esta queja y que tomen medidas mi camioneta es del a??o y si algo pasa tomar?? medidas muchas gracias

Comment : Josh the service advisor was very helpful and friendly. Even though I didn't make an appointment I was promptly received and taken care of.Waiting room was very clean and spacious. Service manager was friendly and helpful as he assisted me through the new service center.
