Comment : I simply cannot give enough praises about how well my experience went with the purchase of my new Ford F150.

They truly listen to all of your concerns, there is no haggle in terms of negotiations, and they are a top-notch firm.

Five stars is the best I could give. If there was more, they would get more.

Comment : Quite literally the easiest at buying experience period. They DO NOT HAVE DEALER FEES! If that doesn't make you happy about buying a car, I don't know what else to say. Ryan was a professional and the entirety of the staff as a whole was top notch in my opinion regarding the customer service experience!

To top it off, we got a brand new Raptor????

Comment : In the PAST…. purchasing a car was not a good experience because of pushy salesmen.
But here Ryan and Matt made it SO easy and I didnt feel pressured at all.

Comment : Service staff were very polite, respectful and attentive to time. Very comfortable waiting area. I have been using an alternative Ford service location which is also good but found my experience at Hutcheson perhaps a bit better. Overall, great experience.

Comment : 2024 F-150 Screen went black and would not come back with a soft reboot. Hutcheson Ford service team went beyond my expectations in getting my screen back as well as performing other recall fixes. They handed me back a clean, ready to go, truck. Service manager was excellent to work with. I would definitely take any service issues to Hutcheson Ford and will certainly consider Hutcheson when purchasing my next vehicle.
