Comment : Mark was very helpful with my purchase of a newer vehicle and sale of an older one. He provided very friendly, courteous service. He even reached out afterward to see how my son and were doing. Prior to my experience with Hutcheson Ford, I had always dreaded shopping for cars because of past experiences with pushy sales people. I did not experience any push sales tactics at Hutcheson. Everyone I encounted there was very friendly and respectful. I also love that they help with rides home or delivering cars as needed. Very excellent service.

I asked Steve why the website was a different price and he assured me they hadn’t updated the website after it dropped. It wasn’t until many hours later after a couple test drives that he told us the bad news. He took responsibility for the vehicle’s incorrect listing price - a misstep of $2,300. He also said he doesn’t underhand why a vehicle that has been there for 6+ weeks and hasn’t moved would have a price INCREASE. We have also been the first people to look at it in that timeframe. I echoed the same sentiments. Especially when the only thing done was an oil change. It was a blessing in disguise we didn’t buy it. The tires were never rotated properly and it needed 4 new tires, the top leaked, the carpet was soaked and starting to get musty and the inside was trashed. $17k was still too high of a price.

Raised the price $2,300 after we test drove it. Wow! I’m still baffled by this terrible move. We will no longer have any of our 4 fords serviced there or ever buy a car there. What a shame.

Comment : VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service this place provided after buying a vehicle from them. My vehicle was brought in several times while it was still under their 60k mile warranty for transmission issues. Looking back now, it is very clear that they did the bare minimum (put a bandaid on the problem, basically) and then sent me on my way saying they didn’t find anything wrong. Fast forward, the transmission slipping becomes more frequent..SURPRISING right? Except this time the vehicle is 6k miles outside of their warranty. Take it back to them. NOW they offer a $7800-10,000 transmission replacement that will not be covered whatsoever because NOW they found the problem😂 I couldn’t be more disappointed with this establishment. Keep in mind, I’ve never in my life wrote a bad review for any business. But I don’t want anybody else to do I what I did and fall into their trap. In the beginning everything seems smooth. But once the transaction is over and you give them thousands of dollars, they couldn’t care less about you.
