Comment : Too my Explorer st for service. Had binding issue which I had it towed tot he dealership to prevent further damage on vehicle since it has new diffs . They called me that it wasn’t doing. It anymore but the fist person that drove it did notice the issue that it was binding . They called me the vehicle was good it wasn’t binding anymore . Which should have been covered under power terrain warranty . I still got charged 179dll diagnostic charge since they couldn’t re create the issue even though it was binding when received and driven the first time by tech. Picked up car paid 179dlls . Brought it to another shop which put it on a lift and confirmed rear driveshaft was bad , coupling was alittle off instead of straight. We trust our vehicles to be fixed right by professionals . Yet having to take it to smaller shop mechanic to figure out the issue instead of throwing in the towel and saying theirs no issues . I ordered the new rear driveshaft , coupling and new flange , which I will say again should have been covered under warranty and should have been seeing the issue . Crazy we pay so much money for our vehicles to have service departments like this .

Comment : I was very pleased with the service that I got from Mark he set me an appointment up for the very next day the time frame I wanted and everything he was right on top of it then he made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted for the price that I wanted and their financing department made sure that I didn't leave without warranties and everything I was super amazed by their service!

Comment : Amazing experience through and through. Staff were extremely patient with me and my family as we navigated my first purchase of an amazing used vehicle. Steve was very transparent and upfront about my purchase making this an easy sale. I recommend this place for first time buyers.
