Comment : The service department manager Nick is by far the best professional I have delt with in a LONG time. He went above and beyond of what could have easily been a 3 ring circus. Thank you sir for the absolute best service.

Comment : We have been customers of Hulett Chevrolet for many years and have purchased new cars from them. The sales team was great. No pressure and very helpful. We have used the body shop several times with great results. And the service department was helpful and courteous as well. We will buy more cars from Hulett Chevrolet when the time comes!

Comment : Everyone is very nice in the dealership. Sales department is very busy so sometimes it was hard to get in touch with them. Jon in finance is amazing. He made sure I understood everything, gave me great advice. I am enjoying my 2025 Chevrolet Trax.

Comment : We could not have asked for a better experience purchasing our new Trax. Our sales consultant Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Brenda and Jon in finance were great to work with also. The whole team makes buying a car a fun experience as it should be. We also appreciate the fact they are a locally owned small town dealership. This was our first purchase there but it definitely won’t be our last.

Comment : Service department is substandard. After I spent almost $3,000 on a problem it was still happening. Changed the starter $300 and bingo bango no more problem.

Comment : Had our new 2023 Buick enclave in for a ticking noise mechanics said it was rocks in tires. Then service desk manager said it sounds like a purge valve buy can't change it because there is no light on for problems. So we live with the ticking noise on a brand new car with 12,000 miles till we get a code what a joke need to take it to another dealership

Comment : Worst service center in Missouri. Brand new 2024 Duramax blows the turbo hose off multiple times and they refuse to fix it. Last place I’d recommend to buy or take a vehicle for service.
