Comment : Service dept was great to work with and be around. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Oil change took less than an hour but make sure to have an appointment for speedy service.

Comment : Purchasing a vehicle from Hulett Chevrolet Buick GMC might be a great experience, but the Service Dept Manager has NO Customer Service Skills, when GM confirms they will cover the repair, to have the Dealership start the claim process and the Service Manager refuses to run it under under Goodwill policy is BS. GM is going to reimburse for the repair, just the fact the Dealership could have taken care of it for Customer Satisfaction.
