Comment : They started my truck with low fluid and said that it idles a little rough because of it getting hot but they didn't think it's something to worry about. Plus when they have your vehicle they don't loan you one it's pretty pathetic when they sell you a vehicle and it's constantly having to be worked on and they leave you streanded

Comment : Wasn't satisfied with notifications of service progress and very delayed flap malfunction repair. Was satisfied with "loaner vehicle and repair completion results and "comped" oil/filter change and tire rotation. Overall then time delay was Hyundai's responsibility but the dealership could have expedited part's requirements .

Comment : This dealership has had my car multiple times over the last year because my car is burning oil. This is a KNOWN issue with Hyundai's yet they still haven't managed to get it fixed while it's still under warranty. At this point they've had my car for almost 3 weeks with zero work done on my car and minimal communication. I will never buy another Hyundai or go to Huffines.

Comment : Staff was friendly. However, they were not able to satisfactorily resolve the continuing issue we have had with our key fob. They also did not take care of the recall as they did not have the part. Despite having the car for almost a week, I discovered the non-recall repair upon picking up the vehicle.

Comment : Service was started and completed in a timely fashion. Only real issue was the MPI report. It is unreadable as check boxes have an unlegible color code. No indicator that parts were replaced with units purchased from a local vendor. Report fails to indicate the type (manufacturer) and weight of the lubricant (oil) that was used for the oil change. Original filters were replaced and used parts were returned as requested.

Comment : I was fortunate to work with Tim (service advisor) He was prompt in getting me checked in despite the early morning rush as well as during the check out once all the work was completed. Tim kept me updated on the progress via text and calls. All services requested were performed to my satisfaction. Thank you all and Happy Holidays !!

Comment : Taylor, service advisor, understood and addressed my service issues and concerns; she gave me reasonable and manageable options to reconcile my concerns. Got my vehicle back from service in a timely manner, but some items (panels covering light assembly) wasn't reattached.
