Comment : I have been a customer of Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch for 10 years and have purchased two E-Class vehicles during that time. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the dealership was disappointing. The customer service felt pretentious and lacking in transparency, and my attempt to test drive a CLA-EV was met with rudeness, which ultimately made me walk out. Concerned about my credit score, I decided to handle financing directly through my bank, even if it meant losing some of the benefits of being a loyal customer. Side note Mercedes Benz Gary at House of Imports (Buena Park) made me regain the trust of the network you strive to gain in the market keep loyal customers!!

Afterward, I explored shopping through Costco?s automotive partners, and to my surprise, this turned out to be one of the best experiences I?ve had purchasing a luxury vehicle. I truly felt like part of a family?a rarity in car shopping. Gary worked with me every step of the way and made the process seamless, stress-free, and genuinely reflective of the luxury and excellence associated with the Mercedes-Benz name.

Thank you for making this experience top-tier. I absolutely love my new EV! And Gary? where?s my extra key, man? (Inside joke!)

Comment : I just have to say?DANNY is the BEST! ?? I found my vehicle, reached out, and he jumped on everything immediately. After being completely discouraged from a previous dealership that mishandled my experience, this was such a breath of fresh air.

Henry and his team were on top of everything from start to finish. His coworkers were just as helpful, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.

All I had to do was come in the next day, sign, and drive!

I truly wish this kind of experience for everyone looking to buy a car!

Comment : I wouldn?t waste my time negotiating with these people. I literally gave them the opportunity to make a sale and they still managed to fall short. Negotiating is a major part in any business and if you can?t provide numbers then don?t act like there is a better deal. Customer service is decent. Overall they want you to say yes to everything they tell you.
