Comment : A big "Thank You" to the staff and management at Hooks Lincoln. I started this process online with Robert, who was very professional and even provided a ride to the dealership. Curtis handled the paperwork, which was straight forward without the presignature upsale add ons! Before leaving, Kip Hooks made the effort to say "Thanks" to bookend the experience. Comment : Clearly, the most relaxed & professional buying experience I have ever encountered. Simple & expedient, a true pleasure. I cannot offer any suggestion that would have improved the transaction. My only suggestion is to ask for Mark G. to assist with your purchase. The dealership is small enough to be personal, yet big enough to handle all bumper-to-bumper aspects.

Comment : Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. I had originally came in to buy a Aviator and ended up with a Navigator. I had been to Moritz and Sewell looking at Escalade's and Infiniti's. I was explained by both dealerships that you are VIP and can come in anytime for a car detail. After purchasing my Navigator I ask about car washes. I was told you only get VIP treatment if you buy Black Label. I was told I can call and see if they have time to get me in but would not be priority and may sit for awhile. I feel like if you pay 87,000 to 95,000 for a car you should be VIP and get free car washes. I was very disappointed and really felt since I was spending the same amount that I was going to be spending at the other dealership that I should be treated the same.

Comment : This is the second vehicle my wife and I have bought from Hooks. If you are looking for a buyer friendly, transparent and fair dealership, do yourself a favor and visit Hooks Lincoln. You will get a market based trade offer and you won’t feel like you’ve been in a wrestling match. As a bonus, they only sell Lincolns, quality American luxury vehicles.

Comment : I have bought my last 9 or 10 navigators from hooks, specifically from Mark, he is the best in my opinion. Wished you had never moved from Weatherford but Your pickup service is outstanding. You need to expand it to your dedicated customers. I just spent $2200 on my 2015 Navigator for service you said I needed and when I called I couldn’t even get a loaner. when my wife brought it in she did get a loaner. I think you probably made enough to pick it up at my house. So consider your pick up service for dedicated customers regardless of year of vehicle. You certainly can expect to make more in the service dept with the older models. I will add your service dept does a good job.
