Comment : If I could leave zero stars I would. The servicing itself is fine. I have a company vehicle so when I need servicing I have specified lists of places they accept — Hoods being one of them. I made my appointment a week ago to bring my car in at 8am and was told it would be done by the end of the day and that they accepted fleet/company vehicles. Walked in this morning and was torn apart by one of their 2 employees who told me that the fleet company my employer uses sucks and that I wouldn't be getting my car back today. (Even though all I needed was a tire inspection and spark plug replacement). I was told to go elsewhere if I wanted better service. After leaving my car, it in fact WAS done by the end of the day and when I walked in to get my keys the same employee dangled them in front of my face to hand them to me and didn't say a word. No receipt — no paperwork.

Horrible experience. Would never go back.

Comment : I opened a cc to come here exclusively and I'm thinking about closing it because they don't seem to want any of my business. They send you mail galore like they want your business then when you call, this dude that's worked there forever, and he's just stand offish and rude. There's never anything available for two weeks, um okay, and if you haven't hung up yet, he'll tell you the wrong price or he will tell you your car doesn't need the service. My manual literally says brake fluid change every 30k miles if you drive heavy. I do. I'm at 50k. The Toyota dealer told me I needed this service 10k miles ago. My dashboard literally reads “MAINTENANCE REQUIRED” and nothing else. But he tells me I don't need this service for another 50k. My car uses 08w oil, it's very expensive, it's a Corolla, he told me to give them at least two weeks notice because he has to get the oil and that it would be $200. Seeger does this for $125. I love the owner. I think she's a real nice and very fair lady. It's a shame. I'll go to Big G's now.

Comment : I had a problem with my vehicle, it would not switch out of park into any other gear. I had it towed to Hoods and the next day they had it ready to go, it turned out to be a common wear item and they got me rolling again in record time! Outstanding service and comprehensive knowledge!

Comment : Hoods is so good. They just have guys who have a ton of experience and can fix anything. Your car is in the best hands at hoods.
