Comment : Zach, Otis, and team under the managerial leadership of Pat are all very customer oriented and proactive in addressing your vehicle needs. Excellent service each and every time that I check in for some routine maintenance on my Honda Civic. I usually get and in out of there within an hour or two; otherwise I?m usually offered a loaner vehicle. Will return again, and recommend this Honda dealership above several others in the immediate area. One huge difference is these guys are transparent, and actually have numerous service specials posted all the time on their website. I haven?t noted the same elsewhere, where you have to ask, beg, or fight to get any kind of discount on routine services. Ray B.

Comment : We recently visited this dealership and, unfortunately, our experience was frustrating. The first salesman seemed very unsure about how the car-buying process works, which made the whole experience feel confusing and disorganized. Both salesmen we worked with were very high-pressure, constantly urging us to make a purchase immediately rather than taking the time to answer our questions or provide information.

One of the biggest issues was that they refused to give us an exact trade-in value for our current vehicle, even after we asked multiple times. They insisted that we could only receive exact numbers if we committed to buying the car that day. We wanted to be able to get the numbers and break it down to compare to other vehicles and ensure that this vehicle was affordable. They told us that if we didn?t buy the car that day that we might not get as good of a price. Which made me confused on how the price could change a day later. This approach felt very pushy and made it difficult to make a thoughtful decision.

While I absolutely loved the car, the way the staff handled the process made it impossible for us to feel comfortable completing the purchase. I left without buying, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a low-pressure, transparent buying experience. The salesman seemed to only care about making a sale.

Comment : I had a really great experience working with Jason Sullivan this Honda dealership. After having a bad experience at another dealership down the street, I was honestly feeling frustrated and discouraged. But Jason completely turned the experience around for me.

From the very beginning, he was helpful, patient, and honest, and he helped me from start to finish without ever making me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. You can really tell he cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy.

Thanks to Jason, I left in a beautiful Honda and felt confident in my decision. I?m so glad I came here after my bad experience elsewhere. If you?re looking for someone who will treat you with respect and make the whole process smooth and stress-free, I definitely recommend asking for Jason Sullivan.
