Comment : This is a wonderful dealership! The sales people are caring, kind, and considerate! My mom waited for me while I purchased my new car and Zack and other sales people regularly checked on her to make sure she was comfortable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car! And .. I love my new CRV!

Comment : Whoever answers the phone for your service department earned your business this one star review. She was rude on the two occasions I called to book an appointment for work. On the phone she confirmed the appointment was for the 13th. I was told that I should drop the car off any time before 9am. Well, I showed up this morning and the appointment wasn’t on the 13th as she had said. There was no appointment email reminder, text, phone call…nothing.

Comment : I have never enjoyed car shopping until this experience!! Stratham Honda was amazing!! Abe was very friendly and not pushy. He listened carefully to help me find just the r right car and even added a couple of features that he knew I was looking for to get me the right car & fit. Mike in finance was also super nice and knowledgeable. He explained the numbers in layman terms to help me see what payments would look like and what warranties were available without pushing any of them on me. I do & will continue to recommend Stratham Honda to anyone !! Thank you all at Stratham Honda 😊

Sheila was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression.

Zach made sure the car was ready when promised and it was in tiptop condition.

Mike was fantastic during the financial process. He explained everything clearly and made what can often be a stressful part of the purchase feel simple and straightforward.

Everyone I interacted with at Stratham Honda was courteous, professional, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Stratham Honda to anyone looking for a great vehicle and an even better buying experience. Five stars all the way!
