Comment : I walked in and told them up front that the whole deal depended on the trade value for my Jeep. They still had me sitting there for about 2 hours, and only at the very end did they drop a low trade number and claim a “rear differential issue” with no written inspection or estimate to back it up.
The deal fell apart for the exact reason I said to check first. New CR-V price was fair, but the way they handled the trade and my time was not.

He was, above all, knowledgeable and ultimately helped us make the best decision for our growing family(!)

We had been with a different dealership for years who changed ownership and wasn’t being transparent. I cannot express the relief we felt when he helped us navigate through this change.

Comment : Authorized garage, we do tests for our cars here. Very satisfied, we would like to note the speed of your work. Last time we waited 15 minutes for the car keys at the end of the work and we left early because we had to drive far and didn't want to be late. If you say another 5 minutes, make sure it really will be another 5 minutes and not more than 15 minutes. Did you promise? Keep it. A point for improvement and attention to you.

Comment : At first I dreaded going to the dealership. I’ve been a CarMax guy for a while because dealers were gross and time consuming back in the day. I’m glad I decided to go with this dealership and with my sale rep, Ish. I walked in and explained my needs, we drove a couple vehicles, then when he realized the finance manager was going to be busy, he didn’t waste my time - we set a follow up to finish the deal later that day. I got my groceries and then basically seamlessly picked up a new car. The finance manager, Jason, didn’t try to sell me on anything, was up front and very personable.

This was the best experience I’ve had in trading vehicles, hands down. I will continue to get service through this dealership and recommend them for your next vehicle.

Comment : What a Great Dealership and a Wonderful Salesman, Reese Cullinane, to buy a vehicle. I have bought many vehicles from many different places in my long life but this is the Best Place I have ever encountered. I will recommend to any and all who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. This establishment is employee owned and it is reflected in their attitude, knowledge, and attention to detail.

Comment : I would like to offer kudos to Tim! He gave me tons of information about the 2026 CRV and Passport, and I test drove them both. He was professional, patient, kind, and not in the least bit pushy. I ended up making another car choice, however, I still recommend Honda Stratham for all my needs for my 2018 HRV, and I recommend Tim highly as your go-to salesperson. Thank you!
