Comment : I didn't know there was a recall for my Honda Accord when I showed up for my oil change which would have added 2 more hours to my appointment. My service rep took my time constraints into consideration and scheduled the recall for another day. When my service was completed, the rep reviewed in detail the work that was performed, which I appreciated, and he got me out on time to make my meeting.

Comment : Only note: the check tire pressure light went off some 50 miles later after tires were rotated. The Honda dealership in Costa Mesa said something about the indicator needing to be reset three times for it to stick.

Comment : It was average with one exception. I asked to have the spare tire checked for proper air as I am planning a dessert road trip. When I went to pack I opened the tire well and realized valve was on the bottom of the tire and none of the items had packed in the well had been moved. Thus, no one had checked the tire for air even thought I had asked the person who took the order for my check up.

Comment : There for a tire rotation at 7500. Service tech called me accusing me of putting after market tire locks on but actually it was just because Honda used GM tire caps.

Comment : Didn't honor previous services they had promised me. Seemed short and impatient when talking to me. Recommended a service and told me I'd get a call back in two business days. A few weeks later still have not heard from them. Quoted me some very high prices as well for minor repairs.

Comment : Honda has always provided me with same day service, and I really appreciate that they video everything they have done to my car and send it to me when the work is completed.
