Comment : Great, reliable service overall. I’d definitely recommend Honda of Mentor, OH to family and friends. I’ve been really satisfied with the work done on my car so far. Jennifer, the service advisor who helped me on 4/29/26 with my 2025 Honda CR-V, was very helpful—especially since I’m a first-time Honda owner. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process easy. Service was quick and done well!

Comment : Overall good experience over the handful of times I’ve visited. One thing to improve on is promptly cashing out customers when the vehicle work is complete. Annoying to see your car sit done and wait 20 minutes for someone to cash you out and get you out of there.
