Comment : I got No help from anyone at Honda of El Cajon. I had a flat tire and was told we don't carry that size. Tow driver filled my flat with air,to see there was a slow leak. Went to a DISCOUNT TIRE for the fix. Poor service provided.

Comment : The dealership was able to change my appointment over the phone that was to late in the day, to an earlier time, so that they could complete the service I was requesting them to do, and after that, with friendly guest service, they got me in right away and was able to complete the work I needed to get done before they closed their service department at the end of the day.

Comment : Bought the car last year, has a recall on it. They won't do it due to something in the vehicle even though it wasn't my family who did it. Kind of stupid since I bought the car from them!
