Comment : The service consultant (Blake) was great - the problem was that they did a safety recall inspection before performing the state emissions inspection thru the OBDII and when they went in for the safety recall inspection they had to disconnect the battery and it erased memory the state inspection required. Ideally, Honda gets its act together with safety recalls and also a state emissions inspection should always be performed first in any series of maintenance items done on the vehicle to avoid this situation in the future - no reason a brand-new car (with colors I did not want but thanks to supply chain problems didn't have choice) should be failing a state inspection.

Comment : It was disappointing to say the least. They gave me a Wednesday appointment, then said it was a emergency and they would work me in on Tuesday when the car was towed in. It wasn't looked at until Thursday and I had to wait another day on parts. There was very little communication. The technician assigned to the car had some personal issues come up, but the team still dropped the ball. My husband has a Toyota and the Toyota dealer a mile or two down the road has delivered flawless service.
