Comment : The service was fast and friendly. They repaired my loose and floppy rearview mirror and gave me a free multipoint inspection. They did not try to up-sale me on additional services, but did provide a video of the inspection showing a dirty engine air filter that needed replaced. That is something I did myself a couple of days later.

Comment : Our service advisor was Drake Dawley. Drake got the paperwork done and our car off to the mechanics quickly. He looked us up as soon as the vehicle was ready and send us on our way. Drake is a personable young man who should be commended on how he treats customers and how considerate he was about our time.

Comment : Quick and easy. My one complaint is that they said they did a multi-point inspection and said the battery was good. The very next week my battery was dead.

Comment : Andre was great. The service crew didn't fix my problem the first day and even sent to car out saying it was fixed. I could tell right away that they hadn't fixed the problem and I got Andre. He acknowledged the problem, set me up with another appointment the next morning, and make sure the service was completed in a timely manner.
